I also would feel it would be way more understandable if the post office was slammed and busy, however it wasn't busy and no one else was waiting for an appt time or in line!! The Appts take 15 min really!! He also told my son you have paperwork to fill out etc and it takes time, however my son told him that he already had all of his paperwork completed ahead of time and the guy still didn't care! "Power trip" I guess!!! This is just Absolutely ridiculous, so unsympathetic and lacks compassion and customer service!! It's extremely hard for a full time working person to try and get a passport, let alone deal with an unsympathetic rude person! I guess maybe the world has treated him that way that he's giving it back! Incredibly sad! Marysville needs to do better!! This towns government representatives are not giving welcoming vibes! Absolutely unbelievable, I then call the local post office that took over from UPS for some reason and they deliberately turned their phones off an hour and a half before they close. I now have a missing $250 that no one seems to give a hoot about and on top of that, I tried to call the national hotline for customer service and the lady decided that I was the worst human being on the planet and gave me more attitude than a 9 year old. I'd say this is a company hiring people for the tax break but that shouldn't apply to a post office so it really curious why they would hire people with such a low IQ in such an important roll. They tell you one thing then another happens so your like ok maybe second try, well that doesn't happen, then you try again for a 3rd delivery that doesn't happen. They just keep telling you it's this time this time you'll get your package. They sent a message saying you can pick up your package by 4:30pm at 6pm..... not even going to get started there. Clocks are hard to read I know. They can deliver normal mail but packages ooooo boy look out. If you count having to pick up your mail off the ground sometimes. Packages, Those are the hard ones. Totally understandable not being able to read some numbers and letters then match those numbers and letters to where they go. I to thought first grade matching was really hard so totally understandable. 4th try is a charm, maybe today the can match the 3 numbers of my house to the 3 numbers on my package. Today I learned how nice the post office staff here are and want to help you with your mail. I was just trying to mail out my wedding slideshow for my in-laws today and they were so helpful because I didn't know that the package I selected would have cost so much just to send to Cincinnati. Instead of choosing priority mail, the post office worker had me go with first class which end up costing less than the price priority was costing to send out the CD. I am so happy I came here today and can't wait for my in-laws to open up their package on Wednesday! I know they will be so happy to see our slideshow from my wedding. It will just brighten their day!:)
