Today I learned how nice the post office staff here are and want to help you with your mail. I was just trying to mail out my wedding slideshow for my in-laws today and they were so helpful because I didn't know that the package I selected would have cost so much just to send to Cincinnati. Instead of choosing priority mail, the post office worker had me go with first class which end up costing less than the price priority was costing to send out the CD. I am so happy I came here today and can't wait for my in-laws to open up their package on Wednesday! I know they will be so happy to see our slideshow from my wedding. I finally call the post office in Miamisburg and spoke to a lady by the name of Sonia (found out later she is lead clerk) and she is absolutely amazing! She was polite, understanding, and went above and beyond! It is a great feeling to know there are still people like her out there! I give her 10 stars! It felt like I was running a dead end at every turn, but the entire time she stayed positive and encouraged me to stay positive too. In the end she managed to do what was needed and was amazing the entire time. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was heading home smiling!
