I brought in a completely normal item--hand warmers--and literally had to walk them through their own USPS Publication 52, explaining why the item is mailable instead of just being told "no." This was for a package going to a deployed soldier in Europe, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. What should have been a quick, routine visit turned into a complete waste of time. No effort, no accountability, just excuses. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this location.

Definitely above and beyond! All 3 of us were treated with care--given all of our options--and with meticulous attention to detail. He mentioned in small talk that he actually lives an hour from this location, so it's even more impressive that none of us felt rushed! The price to copy and mail a STACK of documents was under $20, so I will definitely be returning the next time the need arises...only next time, not so close to closing time!
