This is the closest to my parents house. I help out parents to get some of their needs to purchase stamps, send a package or get shipping supplies. It's a typical post office that has everything you need. Like many post office locations, it's sometimes moving quickly at the line and at times it takes forever. It's the typical hit and miss. I would give 5 stars if the curriers would get their S#!t together by paying attention to street addresses and community mailbox deliveries as well as package deliveries. This is getting ridiculous important packages being miss delivered almost on a routine basis because the curriers are in a hurry to get through their routes, don't pay attention to corresponding street to mailbox numbers, or corresponding streets to houses. I'm absolutely infuriated how my mail pieces and packages seem to continually go missing or get misdelivered to the wrong address because these couriers don't pay attention to detail, don't care about other peoples' mail, just wanna rush through delivering mail on their routes just to collect their paycheck. Get it to gether people! Or my next step wont be calling to file a claim, but calling consumer affairs! read more

This is a great post office! They are friendly and have always been so helpful when I need assistance with my mail.

We have put in multiple hold mails on trips that we went on and they have failed to hold the mail every time so far. We have come home to our mailbox full, we have had to go retrieve partial packs of mail from the Post Office. We have told members of management, supervisors at the station itself, and still it fails to be done right. As a former USPS employee who knows how cases are sorted and how hold mail is supposed to be done I fail to see how this keeps happening. It seems to me that either they are not being trained right, or during training they are just not paying attention. The USPS needs to step up and make sure the mail carriers and sorters know what hold mail is and how to label the cases correctly so people who put their mail on hold can trust that it will be done correctly. read more

The postal carrier does a good job. Otherwise there are problems such as the parcel box lock key being broken, half stuck in the lock and no repair work done for 2 months approximately. Package is still in the parcel box. Customer service could be better such as; answering the phone and not lying about broken product/package. Product was replaced by seller. read more

I was on hold over an hour and a half. I spoke to the same girl twice that was supposed to get a supervisor for missing mail . We called from another phone and oops they picked up and forgot to hang up as they do laughing and cussing in the background . This is the most rudest awful postal center and workers ever encountered in my 60 years ..... My mail never gets delivered as it's supposed to I think the woman delivering mail if she would get off her cell phone she may deliver appropriately read more

I wish I was able to give 0 stars. My package was lost and the ladies response was "I don't know what you want me to do about it." These workers need psych evals. Rude AF, especially Mariam (?). Wanted to use the cheapest option to shop items back home. Too much to fit in any available priority mail "if it fits, it ships" box. I purchased a typical brown box and asked if they had tape. She pointed towards a counter with tape marked priority mail. I was in a hurry so I didn't think anything of it. When I brought the taped up box to the counter, she then tells me that I have to shop priority mail now that my box has the priority mail tape. Or I could take the tape off and purchase a roll. You couldn't have said that before?!? I didn't have the time for that and ended up paying the extra $5 to shop priority. Next time I'm in town, I'll use a local shipping center. read more

Hey Copper Mountain Station Post Office, can I help you?! Let me give you a lesson in helping customers who have a disability. According to the ADA there are certain questions that you may ask when a person comes in with a service dog, and you representative was correct in asking if he was a service dog. She could have also asked if he was working. However she went wrong in asking if he was wearing his license. There is not a state or federal license for a service dog. I did respond that he was wearing a vest, which by law he is not required to do. Let's try training our employees better. Starting with management down. Your customer service is lacking! The mail carriers that leave from this facility (or at least mine) is very rude, and this will be the second time I have complained about him. After he destroyed 2 textbooks this week, my mailbox, chronically delivers mail from several streets over with the wrong street, and house number, and also writes on the mail. Sadly this is a poor representation of what most Post Offices are like. read more

its too bad we cant fire the postal system we know as is. this office has los two more packages that disappear into their unkown grave yard not counting the uncountable over the last 2 years. they disconnect you atomaticaly after so many rings and are usually no help. i try to avid sending packages through them dueto the overall bad track record on delivering to correct address or at all. read more

If you drop off a prepaid package at drop-off door, chances are it won't be scanned. Tracking number is no help when the USPS never acknowledges package was received. 0 stars. read more

THE ONLY REASON FOR 3 STARS IS LOCATION!! It's real sad when you have over 14 people in line and 1 teller. Then when someone comes out they wanna chit chat with the only teller!! This really sucks. Especially when people are trying to go to the post office on their lunch break. Granted you do expect a line of course no doubt, but the least they could do is act like they value our time!!! My mail continually is late, delivered to WRONG address (2 blocks over) and they rarely pickup my scheduled package pickups and I have to call and complain or go somewhere the next day to drop off my package, which negates the point of me shipping from home due to my busy schedule. I have never encountered a more inept post office in my 55+ years! Yesterday they left a package of fine Belgian chocolates sitting in the hot mailbox for over 6 hours! To top it off, highlighted on the package next to the delivery address was a note to NOT LEAVE the package in direct sunlight or in a hot mailbox. Just last week the postal person delivered a package worth just shy of $100 to the wrong box and annotated the package as delivered, which means that since USPS Tracking states it was delivered despite my never having received it. I have no recourse with the seller and the postal supervisor advised there is nothing they can do if it was misdelivered. On a regular basis since moving here, packages are delivered damaged or left in the rain. I hope the postal delivery person does not expect a Christmas gift! read more

You can NEVER get through to this location....NEVER!!!! I work at a business location and they ask about delivery times and when we are off during the summer and they still end up doing what they want. We have not had mail service for two weeks now. This post office have a lot of incompetent workers. They deliver a lot of the mail to the wrong address. They place packages that in the box that are too big and then it takes three or four days to get the package, because they do not have common sense and the manager does not care. The phone is always occupied so you have to call the main office. read more
