I came to pick up a package that was delivered to the wrong address. I was very polite, and one of the workers with black curly hair and a custom made postal service shirt was extremely rude to us. She started arguing with us and asking why we didn't change our address etc. and that they wouldn't be able to help me. But in the end, she found my package within a few minutes and still had attitude. Very unprofessional. If she doesn't want to do her job, she should just quit. read more

Most of the stations have reps who are either rude or just of no concern. Some are not too happy being there so they take out their frustration on the patrons who are helping to pay their salary. Absolutely THE WORST run Post Office I've had the displeasure of stepping in to. Lines out the door with ONE person working. This is the same Post Office that delivers mail to my home address which is constant late, lost, or missing, NOW I can see why. An absolute disgrace that this is a governmental run agency. I don't really review such places as the post office, but the service level at this particular location is really nice. Most, if not all employees, are pleasant when you encounter them. I guess so often you encounter Federal works who don't give two cents what their demeanor is bc they know their job security. The folks here, well, they ask Q's and crack jokes. The interaction is super pleasant. The best perk is that this location is open later than the nearby locations. Parking is pretty plentiful too. read more

This post office is freaking terrible! Everyone is so rude, especially the black lady with the glasses. She is literally talking back to every single person in this post office. And then she asked me if I was dropping off packages and I don't need a receipt so I told her yes, of course.SHE THREW MY PACKAGES ON THE GROUND. LIKE WTF. I enjoy going to this post office. The employees are very nice. Furthermore, some of these customers have a skewed sense of entitlement. Get your parcels,letters etc. prepared before you get to the service window.. Also, the USPS is a semi-government agency. Stop getting upset with the employees when you can't fill out a postal form. The black gentleman with the dreads, and 1980s Jeffrey Dahmer glasses that works the retail counter is rude. Every time I've come in to find out information or take care of matters, this gentleman consistently utters something under his breath before I'm out of earshot. There's no reason for it, especially working a customer facing position. I went after they had closed . Everything I needed was at the kiosk . I have no complaints ! However the site does say they are open until 7PM . I was there a little after 6:30 . A customer came in & was unaware of the kiosks & what you can actually do . He just needed a couple stamps . The kiosks do sell stamps & much more . It much nicer to see humans & have a conversation. But, most people are working during UsPS hours . So, it's a super thing that has made life easier !! read more

When finally the two guys appeared, the line did not move for another 10 minutes while the older guy is having life conversations with a customer. If I could give negative stars I would. Never have I paid to be disrespected, certainly not at the level the staff here have managed to accomplish. Now I am waiting yet again for them to manage to unload, scan and distribute my box from Amazon (Second attempt at trying to get, they returned to sender the original box I ordered.) I have a tracking number showing the package was delivered on friday before 11am. While I was standing there at 1pm they stated that they will not be unloading that pallet of boxes and that I would need to come back tomorrow to get it. Well today is that tomorrow and as of 5pm it was still not in my box or one of the oversized boxes with a key. Nope, nada, again. I have been using this P.O. location for a year and it has just steadily gone down hill. its one thing to not help your customers, it entirely a different situation when the line staff and management are going to be rude about it. Ironically today when I did drive all the way back to get my much needed box, there was a renewal notice in my mailbox. Well ain't that grand. Guess who is actively shopping for a new place to have my P.O. Box.... Also I forgot to mention the line is always very long with usually only one person at the counter. When there are two, it seems to take just as long. you can really tell they know they are not employed in the private sector and that as government employees its nearly impossible to get fired. I like this post office because it's clean, staff is nice and efficient(mostly) and their great hours. Because of this, I have my PO Box here and that is also great. Sometimes the lines are long but it moves quick. The only kink in the armor is the pick up/po box/misc window. Sometimes you're in line for a while and get to the desk then you're told to go to that window when there might be another line(usually a short one), no one's manning it or it's someone with a shitty attitude working it. Other than that, it's not too bad as far as POs go. read more

He said pkg is at post office. 45 minutes in line, only one cashier at lunch time. other went to lunch at noon with 9 people in line. The employees here are AWESOME. They always answer the phone. What USPS have you called and gotten someone to pick up the phone? I have called 5 times and they have picked up every single time. It sucks that picking up the phone makes them special, but that's how it is and I want to recognize and thank them for it. I have been trying to track a Quaker Parrot that I bought 2 weeks ago,, They just have an answeing machine that takes me nowhere. In the meanwhile, the saller is always saying to track the parrot. I was looking for a near by post office and came across this one. They have really bad reviews so I was hesitant to come. However, they were extremely nice. I rarely mail anything and had no idea what I was doing. A guy named Charles came out and immediately started helping people and helped me pick out the best box and he was patient. Big deal to me b/c I was so lost and had lots of questions. He also helped me stuff my box as I didn't know that was even allowed. Wanda was really nice too. I didn't engage really with the said Indian guy but I overheard him talking to other customers and he seemed really nice and funny. Thanks again guy named Charles! read more

We have one mailman from this post office who can not read! I can count on getting someone else s mail every time he is on! I got tire of complaining ,of going in and returning mail! Called the post office supervisor. Have my name in big letters on mail box! He doesn t care! I do not get paid for delivering mail , A lot if people just give it to the right person if they get their mail ! I do not deliver mail! Last week I got an empty envelope for Social Security ,which was mailed from my neighbor down the road ! I see his address was in pencil on the postage paid envelope . But no name . I cannot say enough good things about this post office services. I was not home to receive my package, l was trying to get it redelivered, but the person's handwriting was so bad I could not understand the tracking number. I called the post office and spoke with Rose. She could not locate the package. She then took my name and address, still could not locate it. She took my number, said she would get with her supervisor and call me back. In about 2 hours, she called back, found my package and had it redlivered. Great customer service!! read more
