No one ever answers the phone. It amazes me how each post office has a different way of doing business even though it all the same.

They don't answer the phone. On Apple Maps it isn't even their phone number yelp has the real one.

Looking to file a complaint against this office. Checks constantly go missing if you mail through this branch.

I have never experienced any lost packages until the latest ones that my Mom had sent me and they…read morehappen to be VERY important packages. It was an honest mistake. The mail carrier misread a letter M for a H. I'm not sure how you could mistake a letter M for H, but it happened. Not a big deal. It was delivered to an address that was almost like mine. I called the post office near my home and talked to Eleanor. Prior to this, I had spoke to another lady who said she would past on my message to the supervisor. Apparently, Eleanor was the supervisor from Larry's post. She had no idea what I was talking about, so the lady who I spoke to, the day before didn't pass on my message. Eleanor was very helpful and immediately knew what to do. I learned that Post Office now has a GPS tracking device on every package. We were able to track down where the packages ended up. She immediately calls the person who delivers the packages and instead of telling Eleanor she would take care of it, she starts to argue with her on the phone, saying "oh I didn't deliver it...blah blah blah" So that was what happened. Eleanor said she would take care of it. I said thank you and hung up. Then couple hours later, I tried calling back to check in and the person I spoke to gave me a phone number to the "main post office" and said Eleanor is there. I called and it just rang, rang, and rang. There is definitely some kind of "fuckery" going on at this Post Office as well as the one in Buford too (assuming that is the main office). Since Eleanor had helped me retrieve the address, I found out it was only 5 minutes from my house by car. I took matters into my own hands. Drove to that house and knocked on their door. A nice gentleman opened the door and I asked him if two packages were delivered there by accident. He immediately hands them over to me and apologizes saying that he was going to deliver it back to the Post Office. My baby girl was going to get her formula that was sent by her grandma no matter what!!!!! HONESTLY, if you're reading my post, please understand that EVERY person that is PART of a COMMUNITY MATTERS. I don't care how rich, religious, or "pretty" you are. EVERY single person MATTERS. I have lost a paycheck in the mail before that I took care of it with my HR. Please think about these "little mistakes" when you are delivering packages or someone's mail. It could be a paycheck that feeds their family or as important as baby formula. I am VERY disappointed by how my problem was handled by this Post Office today.

In the past year dealing with this post office they've gone through my mail to steal a gift-card,…read moreand opened my mail last week that had a replacement debit card probably thinking it was a gift-card. So clearly if they feel a card in your mail they open it for themselves. I called to complain and the girl was so rude. Talking over me and pretending something would be done. I had to cancel the debit card and ask my bank to hold the replacement at the branch for pick up. Since my local post office steals from me. I wish zero stars was an option.

Just a follow up on my post on Saturday - as instructed went back this morning to be reimbursed…read morefor the failed guaranteed delivery ($47.70 ) - arrived bright and early - only one staff person working - after Waiting again was told she did not have enough cash in her draw to pay me - said I could come back later -' did not have the time so I had to take a money order - Charmaine basically was rude the entire time and acted put off that I actually wanted to be reimbursed - again, zero accountability and in her case ZERO customer service skills - maybe she would be better suited to sort mail in the back and not interface with customers

I don't understand the bad yelp reviews at all. I have lived near those post office for four years…read moreand have gotten nothing but exceptional service. In fact last time, I was there very recently, someone named Jasmine, apparently saw me bumbling around with one of those self print stickers and my package and personally adhered it, and made sure that my package was taped sufficiently and mailed it! I mean, this is the kind of thing people are looking for in any employee: anticipating issues and handling them. And this is exactly the kind of service I can expect at this post office. Now do I wish that they still had dropbox outside so I didn't have to go in? Yes. But that is not a branch decision or certainly not by the branch employees.
