The only reason I'm giving it a two star, is because I've had a previous experience here that was decent. I came in to mail off a small package. It was already in a prepaid envelope. This one post office worker(He was the slightly older Asian guy) was the most unprofessional and rudest person I've met in a long time. I literally just want to know where I can drop off the packages. Instead of showing me, you continuously asked if I was sure the postage was enough. It's not even my package. I told him to not worry about it, and I'm sure the post it was enough, as a company sent me a prepaid envelope. But he refused to just show me where the drop off location was. He continuously harassed me to let him check the postage. And when I told him "no it's OK, I'm sure it's enough." He goes "if it's not enough it will just be returned to you. If you don't want it, do you want me to throw away in the trash?" Then he went to the trashcan and opened it and looked at me as if he was waiting for me to walk over and throw the packages away into the waste container. Like seriously? After he repeatedly said those extremely unprofessional things (mind you, in a belittling and snarky manner) I went with him to get the postage value check. Just because I wanted to finish my business and get out of there. And stop talking to this obnoxious and unbelievable man. And lo and behold, the postage stamp was more than enough. All I needed, the entire time, was to be pointed in the direction of the drop off ("exit the shop, to the right"). (Yes, I know, I was being blind because i had walked right by it). We recently placed a mail hold while we were out of town for two weeks. We did this online, with confirmation that all of our mail would be delivered on April 24. On April 24, we received 3-4 pieces of mail. Knowing this could not be possible for the duration we were gone, I attempted to contact this post office on April 25, to see where our mail was. Per my cell phone log, I called the post office between 10 AM and 2 PM TWELVE times and every time the phone rang until it went to voice mail. Not one employee picked up the phone in 4 hours. The held mail was delivered on April 25, only a day later than the requested date, but what is so hard about getting it right? This is not the first time this has happened to us. Not to mention other poor service from this post office (full mail bins, mail returned as "undeliverable," non-working kiosks, etc.). And not one person could pick up the phone? I hope the ringing drove the employees crazy. Typical government entity. Any entity w/little to no competition is a recipe for poor service because they don't have to improve. And the employees act like they don't care. But keep raising those postage prices! I've been using UPS for sending packages as I want to give the post office as little business as possible. Rude customer service. It's like these people never learned any social skills. They were not able to resolve my issue, and then told me I can go to any other post office....why would I do that?? This is my local post office. I will need to come back at some point. Also there is a wheelchair accessible button (the button that opens the doors) leading into the building at the door shown in my picture, but then not another one at the door leading to where you actually go to get any services...which is just inside to the right. Like most post offices, this one is run down and most workers act like they don't want to be there. But, we had an appt for a passport application for our son and found a gem working in the midst of it all! Out of a tiny little corner pops out a wonderful woman who was happy, knew her stuff and had us in and out in less than 10 min. We actually finished before our appt was to start! Still don't like the post office, but if you need a passport taken care of, this is one of the best. read more

Awful customer service. I had a package returned to the post office "upon customer request" which i never requested to have it not be delivered to my home. There was only one guy working which made the experience terrible. I waited in line for an hour. When i got up there, the man told me my package did not have my name on it (which it did) and that i lived with someone else and that is why my package was not delivered. he made me write down my address and name and told me "you have to write the name of the owner of the home where u live" i live alone and this man was saying the address on my package was not my address. WHICH IT IS!!!!! Being gaslit that my house wasn't my house was insane. THEN being shocked that i'm a woman living alone like it wasn't possible in 2025 was a real let down. I came in to apply for my passport and was met by Anne who works the passport station. Unbeknownst to me, I did not realize they required appointments and walk ins are early in the morning. However, due to the informal time I came in, Anne still assisted me anyways and got me in and out in no time. She was very helpful and got right to the point! She was amazing. Had to call corporate to investigate on an issue I've been having with them. My package was delivered on 9/11 to a parcel locker in my neighborhood. They never gave me the key. I've visited the post office two times, did paperwork two times, I was told I'll be getting the key and a phone call later notifying me. They never did. Unsure if I'm being ignored by the staff there or if they are that forgetful. At least corporate seems to be more helpful than those at the front desk. read more

Awful customer service. It was my first time shipping something that that was sold on eBay. I was told to go home and figure it out myself.

It was 9:30 am on a tuesday so it wasn't busy. Service was quick, easy and painless. I came in with a box opened and no labels. The guy taped my box, printed the label for me i just had to write in the name of who i was sending it too and my address, paid and that was it. Took maybe 5 minutes that I was in and out. I was weary of the negative reviews but i recommend this place!! read more

Recently discovered (facepalm) that prepaid packages can be scanned at the kiosks. This will save me an ENORMOUS amount of time! The scans are not acceptance scans, but you just put the package in the bin afterwards, and will get a notification when it begins tracking. read more

Automated phone service is absolute garbage. It's impossible to talk to a real person. I'm new to the area and have a mail box around the corner from my house. This is the worst post office I have ever visited. We moved to the area and didn't know which mail box was ours (we were told wrong). Went there, was told there was NO WAY they could figure out which box was ours. I then asked for a rekey thinking it was for one box, and they said it was 7-10 business days. We got ahold of the realtor and figured out the right box, so I went back the next day telling them to not rekey it. They then told me there was NO WAY they could get ahold of the lock guy to tell him to not change it. 5 days later, they rekeyed it and I have to go pick it up. read more

I needed up the form in a few places and Anne, the employee was friendly and helpful. She was so kind. Bring a check to avoid the passport fees. You can use a card for other transactions with no additional fees. We finished two passport renewals within 30 minutes. read more

The Post Office in general gets 2 stars, but this location helps raise the bar. I recently shipped a package and didn't tape the box up -- to my surprise there was no tape available. In fact, you had to purchase the tape in order to secure your package. I understand saving money --- but changing for tape was a bit over the edge. Luckily there were pens to use for free. While I am a bit upset about some of the new ways the Post Office is saving money, the folks at this location have always been tremendous. I have always experienced great attitudes and a willingness to help (even through I had to pay for tape). read more

The attitude of some of the workers at this Post Office is simply terrible. One tries to be patient and nice but it is a waste of time. Today 9/28/21, attendant "#13" (as she appears on receipt) was the worse. Nasty and with an attitude on top of it. It appears she came to this branch to help out and she OBVIOUSLY did not want to be there. I do not need to be treated that way when I am spending over $50 to mail overseas and brought everything in order and all forms completed. She was sarcastic and unpleasant. I Yelp would allow cuss words to be used, I would use my best on this review. This is the WORST postal office in Denver!!!! Unfortunately I had to use this one as a package was short on postage, and it was being held for ransom at this location. Went in at 11:00 am, with 8 people ahead of me in line, and 2 employees "working". When I left at 11:44. there were 21 people in line!! I tried to make a joke of it, telling people that they were getting ready to convert this location to a DMV. Actually, the DMV looks super fast compared to this place. This review isn't for this particular USPS per se, but USPS in general, specifically their website. I was tracking a package and I was trying to change the delivery option to be held at a post office, but it wouldn't let me pay using the credit cards I have. I tried two different credit cards for two different banks, and it just wouldn't go through! It was pretty ridiculous. I tried both credit cards multiple times over two days, and I even tried to call USPS to get help. The line at USPS to talk to a representative was more than an hour, and since I have work, I missed their callback each time. I ended up wasting four hours driving to the location of my package and trying to retrieve it due to this terrible website. I've also searched this problem online, and many people seem to have the same complaint about credit cards not being accepted. USPS, please fix it. You're wasting a lot of people's time. read more

I think they try but they are soooo slow and inefficient. I stood in line to mail a package and also sign for a package. So one person could mail the package and then I had to move to a second line to sign for a certified letter. Over 20 minutes later while they were hunting for a package for the person in front of me that they could not find after she'd been there 3 times they finally managed to have an additional person help those of us in line to "quickly" pick up mail or other non cash transactions. Absolutely the worst post office ever! Its always backed up and the shitbag employees that work there are slower than molasses. I went to send a package internationally after having it priced out on the online calculator. When I got there, the lady (Jenifer) who helped me quoted me a price that was twice as high than the calculator. Then she said I need a form filled out and that they were out of that form?? I asked if she can download it and she said she cant leave her station. Then she said the only other way to ship it is without any tracking or insurance. After I asked why, she didnt have any anwer and recommended I would go to Fedex instead!. I drove 45 minutes from my home and back another 45 minutes just to schedule an appointment for passport...opening in 3 weeks, it is possible ONLY in person, not on line, not via phone, not on your computer- ONLY IN PERSON ! Felt like communist country for a while....25 years back. There is desk with a pen and paper when you write dawn your name and cell number -zero privacy & efficiency. Everyone can just walk and...take it, not sure what they would do then.... Spoke to manager who seem not to care and said -many people complain about the system, and....looks like nothing is done! This week I made my second trip in an attempt to find out what happened to a package that was listed as delivered but I did not receive. Attendant was not helpful to say the least. Awful, awful, awful! Nobody here speaks English or really knows what they are doing. They sent me over to Littleton to get my mailbox keys when I just moved in to Highlands Ranch and then went back to find out I had been at the right place all along. They have 5 check outs and I have been there 5 days in a row now and there is ALWAYS only 1 person working. Today I actually had someone REFUSE to help me! There was a manager who COULD have stepped in but all he did was talk about how it was almost time to go home and how happy he was, meanwhile, he had a line of angry customers complaining about the wait.
