I'm in there about once a week for the last two years, as we use it for our business's PO Box and package deliveries. They have always been helpful, and work with me when I have annoying little requests. They always let me use their dolly and don't complain about the hundreds of pounds of shredding I bring in. Our printer was broken and we needed important papers printed and notatized. We tried several times to get that done and due to certain problems could not. The amazing thing is the employees worked hard (in between) customers to help us and did! They were completely amazing and helped us until we were successful! Have had a business box for 19 years with increased pricing (significant) every year for the past 5 years. Former owner would also LanYap me with an extra 6 months for our company's loyalty. New Owner has done away with any benefit for loyal customers and frankly the employees were embarrassed to even tell me about the new parameters. We spent the summer in Highlands Ranch and dealt with this store 3 different times. 3 great experiences with the staffers. The last time was because I left a bike computer in the gym next door and these guys shipped it to my current location, which involved correlating with the gym staff. Went to the location on a Saturday afternoon to ship an important document. I paid 45 dollars for 2day air and was told by Blair it would arrive Wed. When I checked to see if it was on time, it stated it would arrive Thursday, I call and asked if I could be compensated as I paid for 2 day air and it is arriving a day late. The women lied and told me, it is on its way and will arrive by 7pm. I replied that I am looking online and it is saying it will not arrive. She insisted it is and stated, "anyway, we do not guarentee 2 day arrival with 2 day air only next day".. The package still has not arrived and it probably would have made it the same time with a regular postage stamp. Never going back there again. read more

I brought in several bundles of lengthy metal bars for a canopy to return back to Amazon and Adam was amazing! He was so kind and patient with me. I stopped in their excited to bring in our completed vaccination cards for lamination.  Adam, who says he is the owner, did the lamination.  He presented the cards to me and they are RUINED!!!  I explained before hand that these are important and he agreed.  The important information is blacked out!!!  All he could say is he is sorry???  There was a  way apparently which I read on line that he could have removed the laminate on his machine while they were full sheets.  He proceeded to cut them into cards and presented them to me.  Needless to say, I was VERY upset.  Two of the employees thought this was funny and were laughing.   I will escalate this.   Getting a new one is impossible.  I tried.   I also brought in a simple package to mail.  I wanted it to go USPS.  I was quoted 21.00 to go both USPS and UPS!!!! I went to the Post Office and it cost me 5.00.  This place has gone downhill. Got a response from Adam and no apologies....he blames the cards that were being laminated although, he says he has done them before. Nothing different about these. read more

I've rented a box at this location since 2014 and find that the quality of service has improved year after year. The staff always goes to extremes to make sure that my experience with package pickup, dropoff, and (as with Amazon and Costco shipments) that damaged goods received are returned promptly. I agree with T.L. seems like they havent cleaned up their act at this store. Unbelievably rude and snappy employees that genuinely dont care about your business. I was treated like scum and not even given basic etiquette (please, thank you... you know... the things you expect from ANY customer service interaction) Im very very disappointed in the employees of this store. Even a 10 minute staff meeting might change the entire course of history for this store, but they clearly dont care. There are tons of other cheaper options around town. If I could give this store a negative star I would. The staff has been extremely unprofessional in helping navigate not one but 3 investigations on the same lost package. I had to take matters into my own hands and it's now in the hands of my attorney, but it did not have to get that far. To summarize a month long nightmare, UPS did not deliver the package correctly, yet multiple times I received calls that they found this. Finally I was told that UPS had a GPS picture taken at the time of delivery showing delivery to the wrong house (next door) and that is also incorrect. We are asking for that picture in order to try to locate this, but your store tells me that is not something done--yet I have multiple call logs saying otherwise. Never again will I use this and I'll make sure no one I know does either. Horrific service!!! read more

I agree with some of the other reviews. The store clerks are unbelievably rude and incompetent. I went to notarize something and the notary would not even explain what the different forms of notary are. Drew, the other store clerk (who seems stoned) started getting into an argument with me when I complained about not being told what the different formats mean when he is not even a notary and was not involved in this transaction. Even when I requested him to stay out of it, he kept on interjecting and threw a lot of insulting comments my way. I am not sure why the OWNER would retain these store clerks when they are obviously bad for her business. Wow, that was easy! I had to return a package back to the sender, but I had torn open the original. I was slightly dreading that I might need to buy another envelope and thus pay for something that should have been free at least according to the sender. I attempted to return some Comcast/Xfinity equipment at this UPS store. The directions from Xfinity were pretty clear, they have a partnership with UPS. Meaning that you can bring the equipment to the UPS store and they will package and ship the equipment free of charge. I tried to return the equipment at this store, only to be told that I was required to purchase a box from them since I did not have the equipment in a box. I walked out and confirmed with both Comcast and another UPS store that that was false. The store should have boxed and shipped the equipment free of charge. I contacted the owner, only to receive a message that he was sorry for my experience but... The apology for bad service quickly turned into a patronizing excuse for his employee. I will never return to this location again. read more

I stopped in to have something faxed. There was only one guy working at the moment. It had my cover sheet w/my information to be attached. I must have waited 15-20mins for the lady in front of me to have her items laminated. He asked her to trim them herself, while he got started. He let her use the large paper slicer all by herself after they were done, and needed to be trimmed. He never spoke to me. The line ended up being out the door. Then another employee came back from break. He started helping the person behind me. The original guy took my fax and sent it, never asking where I needed to send it. He used my phone number that was on my cover sheet. Then my cell phone started ringing??? I told him that he sent it to the wrong number, and never asked me. Then when he went to RE send it, he asked if anyone had a drop off. 3 people spoke up, 2 needed receipts. I waited. He then took a return from a lady that everything had to be boxed, labeled, and paid for. I still waited. He took a phone call, and checked a PO Box. I still waited. Then he had me pay..... I thought next in line, meant next in line? Never apologized.......horrible customer service. Will not go back there!!! read more

I have frequented this location a lot as my job requires that I ship a lot of items to employees. Today was my last visit. I dropped off 60 packages. Employees couldn't bother themselves enough to assist with holding the door, helping with loading, anything. Customers were more helpful than the employees. I won't be back. read more

I never write reviews on anything, but after this EXPERIENCE I think this is worth writing about. I was shipping a set of golf clubs(not with a golf bag, clubs, balls, and shoes) from CO to CA. I have completed this several times before through UPS and USPS. On average depending on weight and insurance between $18-$25 dollars(without materials). I was told by the employee that this would cost $68 to ship(no insurance and it was going as slow as it can to CA) and another $38 to package. When I inquired on why this was so much the employee laughed at me and said this was the cheapest way this could be shipped. Now knowing that I have done this several times before, I told him at most this should cost around $25 dollars with insurance. He laughed at me again. At this point, I asked for the employees name(I will not give the full name at this is now being escalated to corporate). There was another associate in listening range of my conversation with the employee and she was laughing when I was exiting the store. I will not be returning to this location and recommend shipping by other means then a UPS store. Note: I was able to ship this package through USPS for $18.64 later that day. read more

I've been using this UPS store for the past 5 years. Excellent service. I receive many packages through it and have never had any problem. So much better than waiting in lines at the post office. People that leave 1 star reviews in chaos of Christmastime shipping are just whiners. I've never lost one passage and I run a business through here. read more

I will preface this review by saying my brother owned a UPS store for ten years. I ran this incident by him and he confirmed that what this store did was wrong. Shipping rates are based on dimensional weight. I won't go into boring detail explaining what dimensional weight is, but trust me when I say that accurately measuring package dimensions is important in calculating shipping expense. Just one inch can make several dollars difference in rate. I learned from my brother that rounding up to the nearest inch is normal practice, but padding the measurements beyond that is not. I measured my package before going into the store to get an idea of shipping cost. The employee there was very blatantly not holding the end of the tape measure flush with the side of the package. She printed up a label and charged me based on those faulty measurements. By using her measuring method, she was able to pad the height and width by more than an inch. When I challenged a second employee on the measurements, she remeasured and conceded that the dimensions I was billed for were wrong. But she insisted that it would still not change the shipping rate. What else could I do at that point? I had two different employees give me the same shipping rate. So I paid, went home to double check the correct dimensions on line and sure enough, it certainly would have lowered the dimensional weight and therefore the shipping rate. I later spoke to the owner of this store about the issue and although she was willing to offer a refund, I was more concerned about the dishonesty of her employees and wanted to know why they did what they did and how the situation would be handled. I at least expected to hear something like she would speak to and warn both employees. However, her response was, "I wasn't there to see what happened, so...." UPS Store, I am disappoint. read more

ME THINK NOT EITHER!!! What a rip off. I took a package in with ship to address to see how much it would cost. The women who waited on me was quite nice and told me $42.70 or something similar. She was nice enough to look up how much it would cost for more or less weight and told me I could go up 18 lbs. before it went up. I went home and re packed with more bubble wrap and returned to the store. A younger man helped me this time and told me it would be $55!!! What????!! I told him my story and he gave me some BS that she only gave me an estimate and that it can vary without the actually address..... Which I had given her! I was livid but it was almost 5 PM and I needed to ship the box. He saw I was annoyed and asked if I has a AAA. I replied No but I have AARP. My bill came down to $52! Woopie!!!! He thought that was great I guess...... I WILL NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS STORE ON UNIVERSITY AND HR PKWY AGAIN! I suggest you think twice before you do! read more
