I don't know what's going on with the USPS but the delivery service has become awful!! I'm a seller on Poshmark and my sales deliveries have been taking up to 2 weeks for a three day usual trip. For example I sent my BFF a package on 12/ 19 and was hoping it would make it by Christmas but NO it went all the way from Reno to Indiana!! to San Jose, CA! She just received it yesterday.... I literally couldn't believe it ! Things have been bad for months but for it to go to the Midwest, seriously. Something is very wrong since this has been just awful for 6 months now, my customers in Poshmark have been very understanding knowing I have shipped it the next day after they purchased. I came in to ship out a priority mail package. When I arrived, there was only one customer ahead of me. There was only one staff member, Dawn, servicing customers. She was friendly, efficient and courteous. Unfortunately, I don't think one staff member was enough to quickly get the line to shorten within a reasonable time. It took about 20 min to get in and out, and again, I was the second customer in line. While there, about 5 more customers came in and when I left, the line had grown significantly. Her name is IVY, rudest, most unhelpful post office worker ever. Should be fired. All I asked for was a piece of tape, I get it, tape isnt standard issue at the post office, but she didnt need to make such a production out of it. Screaming and yelling, berated me in front of the other customers, demanding money from me for her own personal tape she "provided'. then scanned my $18 shipping label then ripped it off the box so it couldn't be used. Im sorry but Ivy needs to go, no one should act this way, it was a pathetic display i understand we all have bad days but seriously this was absurd. Attempted to mail a package to a FPO was told that I couldn't mail the package without the last four of the zip code. Advised the clerk I did not have that information she told me I couldn't mail my package. I was so angry I just left. She could have easily looked it up but refused to do so. How the US Mail service can refuse to accept a package for military personnel is outrageous!!! If she didn't know how to look up the zip or didn't want to she should have provided someone else to assist me or needs better supervision!!! read more

I use this office often. It just moved to a new location in the same block, which is nice; better parking, cleaner office, but NOTE: they close 11 - 12 for lunch. I went there today during this time frame so I had to go to another USPS office. The last time I was there about a week ago, a male associate looked at my package to CANADA, and said "A package for CHINAAA?" I took the very strange tone of his voice offensive. It's either he can't read, or that was a racial remark. Other than that, I never had a problem with the regular female associate, but since it's not that close to my home, I will probably look for a different office. read more

Had to stop in here real quick for some stamps at 4:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon (this place closes at 5). It took me a while to find where it is, but I like that it's kind of hidden and not crowded, quick service (I kind of hope it stays that way). If you park in the parking lot at the front of the mall (next to CVS), walk in through the mall all the way to the back and then turn RIGHT, it's near the bathrooms. It's super small but since it's hidden not that many people come here. There's no signage in the front, only some small signage in the back end hallway. Got 5 stamps for $2.50, good quick service. read more

Horrible customer service. Showed up 10 mins before close and the doors were locked. I was not allowed to drop off my prepaid package. Was treated rudely at the door won't be using them any more. I do 30k + a year in sales on eBay and use this store the most. I'll be taking my business to ups or fedex. read more

What an awesome post office. Like the first reviewer said, this is really a hidden USPS. No one was there at lunchtime. I was out in 1 minute. What a record. this review is not of service or anything other than how to actually find this place. do not pay attention to anyone who tells you to park in front and go inside!! simply drive around back and if you are looking at the back of Sprouts it is to your left, AKA the East. small business but clearly has a sign with the USPS logo. I hope this helps because if your movement is limited like mine you don't want to be walking from the front by CVS. read more

I do not understand why the price quoted online is different from on site. Click & Ship online is not available for large boxes so I had to go in person. Not only did they want to charge me almost double the online price but I got a really nasty clerk. No wonder people use anything other than USPS. Sad. read more

"You've discovered a hidden post office!" Tiny USPS branch with zero signage from the streets. Only way I knew it was there was through USPS.com and upon rolling up I thought maybe it was closed/moved. If you enter through the mall you have to go back to the entrance of Tuesday Morning, then you'll see a tiny USPS sign with an arrow right next to the Restrooms sign ;P Down a twisty hallway with the smell of urinal cakes and there it is! There's also a separate entrance to it around the back to save some time. Apparently nobody else knows its here either as there were 0 people during the lunch hour. read more

As a new Reno homeowner, I was dismayed to read the Yelp reviews about my local post office. I dreaded going in to set up my mailbox so I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. Both clerks were friendly and efficient, and the lines moved quickly. Maybe they've had a recent change in management in response to all the complaints. Whatever they did, it's working well. read more

Super small post office but they need better signage. Maps couldn't find it because it is around back of the mall.

Best post office location I have ever been! To start, this is a hidden location inside the mall with no outside advertising. The guy who was working here by far was the most helpful worker I have ever met. He went above and beyond to help me ship my package. read more

Horrible service. I have never been dealt with so poorly. Every other time I have been here I have been treated kindly and with great help. Today the salesperson Laurie was so rude, walked away when I was asking a question and didn't even bother entertaining my question except with shut down answers and saying there was absolutely nothing she could do. She didn't ask anyone else for help or even look something up. If the post office truly fails, it is for lazy, rude and unhelpful workers like the one I encountered today. read more

This is one of those post offices that you hope nobody else discovers. It is small and hidden, yet fully staffed with most of the postal services that you will need. As long as you know what you need when you get to the counter you'll be out of there quickly and the staff are all friendly and know their jobs well. read more

This lady with one strip of pink hair she's THE I don't give a F kinda employee I've ever seen!! She's the typical "I am only here to clock in and clock out, I won't go a tiny step above and beyond, you should be happy if I even provide you any service at all." She won't remotely do anything to make sure your experience at the store is smooth. She won't do anything to help other customers( and one of the customer is an older lady who needed her help to fold the small shipping cardboard box, she told the older lady in a rude way " We don't help with folding boxes" ). I said hello to her with a big smile on my face and she didn't even bother to fake a smile to me or even say hello back. I asked her a few questions and not only she didn't help at all she also said it in a very condescending and impolite and inpatient tone like if owe her money or got her daughter pregnant and ran away or something. I asked her i don't know how to translate foreign address into English and she said in a very inpatient tone " I've seen people translate it to English. But we won't translate for you, you have to do it yourself." Of course I know that based on that dead fish look on her face. I also asked since this package will be shipped out of the US that if I should write down the address in the destination's language, and she didn't really give me any sure answer, she said " if you want." I asked her multiple questions and all she said was " If you want." Anyway I had to go to the UPS Store because I cannot communicate with this pink hair lady, she's like a broken record repeating " If you want." " We don't do it for you." She's the reason why we hate government employees. I will NEVER EVER come back to this USPS again other than dropping off packages since it doesn't require me talking to her. Her attitude is carcinogen, she makes you frustrated and mad which makes you grow cancer! Stay away from this USPS like a bareback prostitute post WWII. read more

I spoke to David both times and can't believe he didn't remember speaking to him minutes before. read more
