I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.

My company Pi-bytes needed to overnight a box of bytes to a customer in Texas. Pi-bytes are perishable so I am always trying to get to the post office right before closing so they can stay frozen for the maximum amount of time. As I get there this last time I am told that the address I am shipping to is unable to do overnight. I guess it was some place rural or remote. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO??? Leanne holds the pi-bytes for me so I can make a call. I get back in line and by this time it's 4:35. PAST CLOSING. BUT, IT GETS BETTER... Leanne helps me find a post office that will accept overnight. So my customer can now go to San Antonio and pick her pi-bytes up there. We get the paper work done and off go the pi-bytes. I know what it's like to be ready to go home and in comes that last minute customer! UGH! Leanne stayed very friendly as she always has been to me. She goes above and beyond anything that could possibly be required of her. She didn't rush me. There is another post office about 5 minutes away that is open later but the staff there are just not as friendly and helpful.

Clothes come back fresh, perfectly clean, and folded neatly. The transfer service makes everything even easier when we want to do it ourselves but are short on time. On top of that they offer dry cleaning, shipping services (Amazon returns included), and even have an ATM on site. They also run special promotions which is a great bonus.
