My second suggestion is to add more kiosks to make the process more efficient. It was really quiet when I walking in. There were only two customers in line. The mail slots where customers drop off mail without having to interact with the postal workers is to the left of the line. This post office looked clean ... and is sparsely decorated, kind of like it looks when stores go out of business.
