I just need to purchase some stamps. It was not even that busy, but I ended up standing there for almost half an hour. There was only one teller, but you could see two others walking around doing absolutely nothing. The only good and redeeming quality was that the teller was very friendly. The location itself is extremely outdated and ancient. They even have one of the old school tvs perched in a most precarious position on a wall, and it was not even on. That aside, it's a post office and while it did take a while to get what I needed, it still got the job done. read more

I just went to get a book of stamps. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Stamps sure are expensive! Great friendly service though.

The facility looks little outdated, but the clerks were very friendly and courteous. Self-service kiosk is working great. The lines were a little long, but in observing the staff they gave each patron their undivided attention. Some transactions were quick and others were not, but that's the nature of the work. When my turn came I was pleasantly greeted. The drop box is picked up every day five minutes after the cut off time. I have watched them do this a few times. They alsways have the packing materials handy. I have always had a pleasant experience at this post office. They have lot of free parking space in front of the business. read more

2 clerks at 2:30 pm....10 -15 per customer..... they need help badly. Nothing but elderly people in line and you mean to tell me there was no one in the back to come help. building is old as i don't know what. And there was no air flow in that room at all.... such a horrible experience. read more

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's like everyone sad or mad. Very uncomfortable environment.

Had mailed held over the Christmas holidays. Picked up accumulated mail & requested resumption of service several weeks ago. When mail service didn't resume, made 2 trips to the Tucker PO to see what the problem was & verify that they had cancelled the holiday hold. We're almost at the end of January & still no mail delivery. No W-2 forms for tax filing, no SS forms we had requested, & no packages we had ordered. The phone number listed on the PO's website isn't answered despite multiple calls. read more

I only came here to mail some letters off, so I can't really give a 100% review. But social distancing and masks are required. The post office is repeat clean, and the employees are really nice. I would definitely be back soon. read more

This post office is amazing. After living in the perimeter for so long, and now living OTP, it's so nice to have a clean post office with friendly staff. There is a self serve kiosk and a package drop off area that is a huge time saver. Post supplies are always in stock. Plenty of parking and short wait times. read more

4 boxes placed on "self service" kiosk. 3 made it out the door, 1 which was the largest is MIA. It was super taped,.labeled and k actually paid more because I buffered the weight to make sure they were go to go. Welp, it's been days and the box has no scans and hasn't been delivered. read more

Having suffered through the East Atlanta post office for nearly 20 years, which was a Kafkaesque nightmare, I have tried a few post offices with only slightly better results. I was delighted to move to Tucker two years ago and discover this gem. We were here the weekend after Christmas to mail a package on a Saturday and while the line was long, it went swiftly and the staff was efficient and fast - and CHEERFUL. Who are these people? Where did the USPS find them? and can we pay them well so they never leave? They are a wonderful asset and make standing in line actually enjoyable. read more

Maybe I need some meds or something...I can't believe that I am about to give a US Post Office location a good rating...but I am... I usually use the Embry Hills US Post Office and suffer in a long line with all the other poor fools while 1 crabby clerk at the counter serves the customers. Today, I went into the Tucker branch of the USPS with an armload of Christmas packages to ship out. Yes, the line was long, BUT, there were 4 clerks at the counter and a woman going up and down the line of customers with postal forms and to answer any questions before anyone got to the counter clerk. 3 days ago at Embry Hills I was 2nd in line and waited an astounding 20 minutes to mail my package, today in Tucker I was about 6th in line and waited a beautiful 5 minutes. AND the most unbelievable part --- the clerk was friendly! Let's all be honest - going to the Post Office is usually a miserable experience - the Tucker, GA Post Office gives me a glimmer of hope that the institution may survive. read more

So many states, so many cities, so many USPS's in my past. This one is excellent compared to the others. If you have an issue with this post office then you just have issues. The workers and the customers are nice and I have never had a problem. I guess if you just want to complain... there is always an opportunity to do so. read more

The outside mailboxes are taped closed & have been for over 2weeks. Went inside to purchase stamps at the kiosk & it was not working. The box for packages has been removed. Why have a post office that doesn't provide accommodations for their customers! read more

This place is hard to find. Not well marked. And nearly impossible to find at night till after you pass it and if you happen to look back and see the mail trucks under a light off in the distance but at least when you find it, they have drive through mail boxes. read more

I was supposed to receive a package on Friday August 13th according to the email I received and the tracking information. I didn't received it. I went to the usps website to file a form requesting they search for my package. I went through filling out the complete form, and then I got a error message "Error: 400 - Invalid Search Form - This search falls outside the acceptable time limit to file a missing-mail search". Outside the acceptable time limit? What the hell does that mean? It's been three days since it was supposed to be delivered. They do a terrible job, I have to put a sticky note on mail I want picked up from my mailbox or else my mail carrier won't take it, and will just cram any new mail on top of what I wanted picked up. Right now I'm very frustrated and disappointed with the Tucker mail services. I used to live in Lilburn and I NEVER had this problem. I moved here two years ago and I constantly have issues. Unfortunately it's a monopoly and I have no choice. read more
