It is a unique building with fantastic architecture and monuments all the way around. It is a cool spot to snap a few photos and take in some history. Be advised there is limited parking and the building is in the center of a roundabout.

I brought my checkbook. Website also says you don't need to submit a birth certificate if you have a valid US passport and a renewal form. I point out that what the website says does not match what I'm being told. The postal worker decides to pop an attitude, "let's get one thing straight right now we don't have anything to do with that website." First of all I really shouldn't have to detail why this is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer in any industry, second, you are a United States Post Office are you not. Then how do you not have anything to do with the information on the USPS website concering passports? I would have accepted "that site hasn't been updated in years" as an answer. I ask the lady for the postmasters name, and ask her to write down the documents she was telling me I needed to bring. Her response, "I'm not about to do any of that." What am I supposed to do, guess what documents I'm supposed to bring you, when the things you were telling me to bring are not things on either the passport application or website? Texarkana postmasters you should be ashamed of the way your employees treat the public. If customer service is dead, don't expect customer politeness to survive much longer.

Extremely upset with Fedex. Attempted to send a package to my father for Father's day, but early…read moreto beat the rush. Fedex says the attempted to deliver on Saturdy, however my parents were home and no one attempted to deliver. Then Fedex says they will deliver Monday which is next business day and that did not happen. Called Monday evening and they confirmed it would be delivered on Tuesday. No delivery or even an attempt to deliver Tuesday. Called the help desk and they offered to have my parents drive 30 miles to pick up a package that I have already paid for to have delivered. Ended up just asking them to ship back to the sender. This is really a sad state that Fedex is in. Very unhappy customer. Also, I'm contacting the company I made the purchase from to let them know the run around Fedex is giving. Fedex, keep in mind that when you do not deliver as promised it reflects poorly on your company, but also the company that decided to use your service.
