Thats why I switched to going to Staples for all my shipping needs. Now that USPS complained about partnering with Staples, I am moving my shipping to UPS or FedEx. Anything other than USPS. I've forgotten packing tape in the past and been obliged, and helped to get the cheaper shipping options etc. Being downtown I had been super nervous to try this one out but parking and service make it worth it. Pro tip: while passports can be gotten here during the week and weekend - everyone seems to come on the weekend so be prepared for long lines (which impedes parking for the post office too.)

She was the only one working, so this should be easy to identify. This experience was disappointing and raised concerns about how mail is being handled. I paid $28.75 yet again to send a letter from Sudbury to central NJ. According to USPS tracking it never left the Shrewsbury distribution center. This distribution center is a major burden on USPS customers in Metro West. I've done this multiple times over the past few years and about half the time my letters get stuck in Shrewsbury. They had sign in the lobby, but I would have not seen it. How would I have known? I told them the website has a different hours. After they verified the website, and I was right, they apologized to me. My post office I usually visit is Greendale post office, they are much friendlier and nicer, however they won't process passport applications. I would not be here if I did not need the passport. I would recommend to call them first if you need to know the walk in hours for passport.
