Then why is the kid you're saying the manager commenting about how he doesn't think the notary is coming back in today while you're making a claim that he's in the hospital? Either way, both employees had zero care for wasting my time and went so far as to say. "Man, there's nothing we could do about it. It's the system that made your appointment." Well, you have control of the system and are confident your buddy isn't coming back, so you pick up the damn phone and call people with appointments. That's what you could have done about it.

First, I'd like to say Pat it is one of the nicest and most personable workers I've seen in the industry ( including overseas branches ). He strives to remember customer names, and always cares about making sure customers are taken care of. Secondly, Pat offers some of best prices around ( for FedEx, USPS, and DHL). Sending important documents ( such as visa paperwork...etc.) can be extremely expensive, especially with government agencies. Having sent these kinds of documents numerous times, Pat has certainly saved me a decent amount of money. Lastly, every single item I've shipped has arrived (safely) and earlier than estimated. Overall, I'd highly recommend Postal Plus One. And I'm thankful to have entrusted my documents/packages to be sent there.

I went in looking for a quote on shipping something internationally. The shady guy at the counter appeared annoyed that I was there. I asked him a question about declaring it via customs, and he had no idea what I was talking about. He then gave me a quote for UPS and USPS. The USPS quote was significantly lower, and I said something along the lines of "maybe I should just go to the post office." I then asked him if he could give me a quote for DHL and FedEx, to which he responded, "Well, if you're just going to go to the post office, why would I give you a quote?" I said, "Well, I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, I'm just looking for prices." He then said, "Why would I waste my time looking up prices if you're just going to go elsewhere?" At that point, I said, "OK, thank you." and I left. I went around the corner to the post office and not only did I receive friendly customer service, the price to ship from the post office was almost $50 cheaper. I do not recommend this business at all. EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

The parcel itself was damaged and he tried to leave but I stopped him. He did not speak English and used his phone as a translator. After going back and forth with him I refused the package , helped him tape it back up. I then received an email that it was DELIVERED. It was NOT. It was refused by myself because it was damaged . The shipper also received the same email. He lied. Today I just received an email that the same package is out for re-delivery....yes the same damaged parcel. They told me he brought it back and retaped it up with the damaged parts inside. FedEx you should be ashamed for this shady practice. I have the entire 11 minutes he was here on video. Extremely pissed off customers who uses FedEx for our company.......not any more

There is, however a paper telling to call my number because no doorbell. Call shipping number and after being transferred 3 times!!!! they say they are not allowed to call or text people for pick up. Yet they have absolutely no problem texting after the fact no one was here!!! It was raining and I believe they just thought they would melt and didn't want to pick up package. Its a dishwasher and I cant deliver myself as I am 72 years old. This is the absolute worst customer service possible!!!! I will never use fed ex again and will put on all the sites I can.
