I called Charlie and he came out the next day to measure. Then he gave us a price for the 24 X 24 and the 24 X 48. The larger format is more money but we really wanted the larger one. Charlie was sympathetic to our needs and went back to the dealer and installer or somehow was able to shave off a little bit of money so we were able to get the larger ones we really wanted. We went into the store to confirm our choice because they have SOOO many to choose from. I knew I wanted Matte porcelain because the photos my friend showed me of hers were absolutely stunning. My husband and I picked out 3 or 4, then narrowed it down to 2 in the store. We were offered to be able to bring both tiles home but we were pretty sure the one we wanted so we just brought the one. The timing was quicker than they originally told us, but they held on to them for us until we were able to have them done. We stayed in our camper over at John Prince park for them to remove old tiles and install as we have animals and I work from home. They were finished quickly and did a great job!
