After 5 months I feel significantly stronger and more centered. David and his team are so welcoming! I look forward to coming to class all week. It's very close to the Hertz and Coconut pour so very convenient for me. They have the same schedule as the one in Naples Mercato so it's also easy to find a good class. I decided to attend the Yin Yoga class on Sunday at 11:30AM as this is a very relaxing. The Yoga teacher was really good and helped me for one position. The room is not crowded and very clean. The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!

Very convenient location in downtown Fort Myers. I went to an 11:30am class and there was plenty of street parking up and down the surrounding streets, plus a parking garage just a block away. The instructor Amanda's class was challenging in all the right ways, and her vibe still makes it fun and enjoyable. A great balance! I'm just one class in (after a long break), and I already feel like I'm walking taller. I started out at the Cape Coral location, and love that I have the option to utilize either studio now! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy after class. They sell grip socks in the studio if you need! Their app makes it easy to book your class.

I first I was hesitant t because it was in a "mall" (but isn't everything in this area in some sort of mall?). The place is extremely clean, they have showers (which is convenient), and the room where the hot yoga takes place isn't "stinky" (for those who have taken hot yoga before you'll understand what I'm referring to). The instructor was kind and took the time to explain the poses. I'll definitely be returning.

My parents just got a place around the corner and I wish I was staying longer to be able to enjoy all that the center has to offer like yoga, drum circles, tai chi, reiki and all types of spiritual lectures and classes. Apparently you can just take a kayak and return it when you are finished! That's it! This place is definitely right up my alley. A peaceful gem in an otherwise busy Estero. What I did get to see, I loved. They have a labyrinth and an amazing suspension bridge in the back. It's off a main road but you would never know it when you are there. It's hidden and quiet. Very relaxing. They have this wood fence with great motivational sayings. I will definitely have to come back, visit my parents and take a class here. I could move in. It just has that chill vibe. Very healing. Feels like the jungles Of Costa Rico.
