From routine maintenance to service calls, they've always been professional, honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. The technicians are punctual, friendly, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs--they genuinely care about doing what's best for their customers. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers outstanding service year after year, but Diamond Air Services does exactly that. I trust them completely with my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality service. Thank you for five years of exceptional work. You've earned a customer for life!

Contacted Diamond Air on 8/25 to inquire about options for ac service at a house. Tiffany was very…read morehelpful and friendly, as she always is when I call. She stated that Anthony would come out the very next morning and see all options available. The very next morning, Anthony had completed a thorough and detailed estimate with pictures attached. The pricing was a lot lower than I even imagined, especially after dealing with another AC service provider (which I will never do business with again after the great service and pricing from Anthony and the crew). Was scheduled to have work start by 9/1 but received a call from Anthony advising that his crew would be out a day sooner to help with the heatwave. A new AC unit and furnace were installed along with everything that goes with it. They even did some drywall work! Anthony and the crew at Diamond Air are our go to ac and furnace providers. They stand behind their work and their great customer service makes it easy to do business. Shout out to Howie as well. He came out in February to check something another ac company scared us about. He explained there were no issues and helped put us at ease. The other company wanted us to pay for services we did not need but Howie was about honesty, not profit.

Sky was an outstanding technician sent by All City. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue…read moreefficiently, and was honest throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that he gave me several options to consider instead of pressuring me into one solution. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. Since I know very little about how HVAC systems work, he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand--almost like he was teaching an elementary school student, but in the best way possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Thank you, All City, for sending someone with Sky's expertise and valueto my home. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend both him and All City!

I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

I'm so glad Costco has partnered with NexGen for their EcoWater reverse osmosis system. I found…read moreNexGen to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well organized. When I needed to replace my filters, they were the only company that identified that my original installation was incorrect. They were honest and, after reviewing the system, absolutely right. Their team is friendly, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. The plumber, Javier Rodriguez, was especially impressive--very confident, knowledgeable, and personable. He even put booties over his shoes without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. He knew exactly how to install the missing piece and took the time to troubleshoot additional issues after the installation and filter replacement, including pressurizing the tank. What stood out most was that he didn't rush--he made sure everything was working properly before leaving and walked me through the steps so I can handle the next filter replacement myself. He also offered helpful recommendations for future parts I may need. I highly recommend NexGen and Javier! My only wish is that the refill prices were a bit more economical.

Appointment NIGHTMARE! I've been a repeat and loyal customer to NexGen. Their plumbers are great…read more But getting an appointment...HORRIBLE! Made advance appointment for plumber to get day and time that worked for me. Person on phone agreed (9-12 this day). Day in advance: I call-confirm I'll be home. Day of, hour in: "text: plumber coming"...two hours. I check phone. Three calls from NexGen. I call back: "Plumber late. 3-6" Okay...2pm. I call to check: "Plumber VERY LATE!" Oh, no. Hour later. Check phone, calls from NexGen, "Need to reschedule." I ask: can I get 8-11 tomorrow? Agreed to by person on phone. Next day. Hour in, I call: "No plumber until 3-6" Ack! Two hours later, several calls from NexGen (I don't keep my phone on me 24/7, so I keep missing them). Call back. Get dispatcher. "You need to reschedule for day after tomorrow..." We talk. Kind dispatcher manages to get a plumber to me by 2. So. here's my take away. I LOST 2 DAYS (almost 3!) waiting for a plumber and NO ONE ever said: "Those days bad! Pick another." Which I could have, if given early warning. Fortunately, I work from home. If I didn't, or had to pick up kids, or had appointments imagine how much worse this would have been. I understand that plumbing involves emergencies and jobs taking longer than expected, but until I talked to dispatch, I got no help. Just "not yet, not yet, reschedule!" Which = "We don't value your time. We don't value your loyalty. We don't value you." I don't want an apology or an explaination. I want NexGen to FIX THE PROBLEM. Their reps are saying "there's a plumber for you this day," and dispatch is saying "Nope!" GET THEM TO TALK TO EACH OTHER and arrange realistic times for advance appointment customers. And make sure whoever answers calls can HELP THE CUSTOMER if a bottleneck occurs, not just give them another time that won't work.
