I begged him to send someone out on a Saturday - so rare! But Eduardo came as promised, spent an hour thoroughly examining our unit, confirming there was no electrical issue, but gave us the honest diagnosis that as our unit was so old, it would be extremely difficult to source parts. He said he could put a bandaid on it and keep revisiting the issue or we could invest in a new unit and even lower our electricity bill that way. We took the second option - and we are glad we did! AJ, Pablo and Marco came bright and early on Monday to work on everything. As I worked from home, I did not hear a peep from them. They did everything quietly and were a well-oiled machine.
