I purchased a discounted package for facials back in Feb 2020. Due to COVID I did not schedule to see Kelsey until July 2020. Although, I had purchased the package I still had to spend $25 to schedule my appointment. I went to my first appointment without a hitch. There were three more to redeem. That is when the problems began. I scheduled my appointments at least six times. I showed up for my appointment on at least two occasions and the doors were locked. The other appointments were cancelled last minute only to be rescheduled and cancelled again. I asked for a refund. Kelsey promised several times to issue a refund. It's been about 3 weeks and I still have not received the money. She has also stopped responding to my text and calls. Kelsey is a nice person but has not run her business professionally or ethically in my opinion. I have contacted the BBB and also plan to take her to small claims court. read more

I just had a facial with Neo, he did an amazing job! I left feeling so refreshed and my face looks and feels rejuvenated. Usually my face looks like a lobster after a facial, but it was only slightly pink due to the exfoliation! He did the best dermaplaning procedure I've ever had also. Super thankful for him! Horrible experience!! I received a facial from Kelsey a few years back, and was happy with the service, but upset that my appointment had been rescheduled multiple times before I was able to see her. I decided to give her another try, and after a month of having an appointment scheduled, she text me the day of and tried to reschedule. I knew that she would continue to reschedule until it was too late to get a refund, so I decided that I did not want her services any longer. I've tried to reach out to Kelsey several times. Every time I text her, she responds that she will send the refund, but never does. It's been 3 weeks now, and I'm fed up! I come here to see the reviews, and it looks as if she's taking the money, and not providing services. Kelsey, if you care anything about people, you will not lie, and steal to make a living. This is the BEST facility for a Facial or Micro-needling in the north Texas area. I've been coming here for almost a year. Kelsey is highly trained and incredibly skilled in the latest techniques. She explains everything she is doing. I have compared her services and pricing with at least a dozen other nearby facilities and found her to be the most competitive. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Kelsey, but be warned, if you do, you'll likely not want to go anywhere else after you experience her treatments. The most unprofessional establishment that I have ever come across.I received a Groupon gift for a facial and called them for an appointment. Left at least 5 messages and texted letting them know that I have a Groupon gift and needed to make an point. After numerous attempts, I gave up and contacted Groupon for a refund. Within minutes I get a call from Kelsey to schedule an appointment. The appointment was finally set for 25th Saturday at 1:00 pm. On the day of the appointment, 4O minutes before the appointment I receive a text asking to be rescheduled. I have been having facials, microdermabrasion, and peels here since 2013. They have a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and the scalp massage is to die for. I just tried one of the detox wraps and my skin feels amazing. I smell like fall if you can imagine what that smells like. All citrus and cloves. The aestheticians have wonderful hands and really know their product line. While I would love to be able to do some of the more aggressive chemical peels, I am outside to much for them to be really beneficial for me. They recommended an enzyme peel that was just right. DO NOT BUY. I purchased the 6 pack of laser lipo with facial Groupon. Kelsey texted me at the last minute to reschedule every time, some of them she did so multiple times. She did offer to add on 1 free session because of this, but I am not going to use it or the facial because it is just not worth it.. It is very difficult to get scheduled. If you schedule while you are there you can come any time but otherwise she wants you to schedule though a link- where there are only appointments a month out and you have to pay a $25 "refundable" deposit - which I never got back. I have followed up 11 times with her to get refunded and she still will not pay me back. I could also barely see any difference with the treatment. It's so frustrating to have your entire day planned around an appointment just for her to reschedule it a couple of hours before - every time. Very unprofessionally run. I bought 3 microneedling sessions from Kelsey and let me tell you...I look like a whole new person! I have always had cystic acne. You know, the giant zits under the skin that make you cry when they pop up because they hurt so bad. I have had numerous dermatologist try and help me and none of them could! I really enjoyed my facial with Erika. She was just about as cute & friendly as it gets. I did have a little difficulty getting in touch to make an appointment. I called several times one day, left a voicemail, & didn't hear back from anyone. Called again the next day, got right through, & was able to make an appointment. The location itself was nice. Clean, professional, and a relaxing environment. Erika started off with the best massage I've probably ever had. She really worked on some knots in my neck/shoulders. She was gentle with my face but had plenty of good pressure on my decollete, shoulders, neck, & also a little onto my back. She even whipped out the hot stones which felt absolutely amazing. She really knows how to give a good massage - totally impressed! Everything she used on my skin smelled wonderful & felt so good. During the actual facial she gave me a lot of good information for taking care of my skin. I was glad that she showed an interest in my skin health & not just performing another facial. I bought a groupon for this place but for the location in front of The Galleria, I got a facial and a microdermabrasion and it was really nice and relaxing, she was very professional and felt like a massage as well. The suite in the Iconic salon is clean and cozy, my face felt amazing after and during. The only thing I didnt liked is that the facial didn't included an extraction which I thought was odd for a facial cause is kinda a big part of it in my opinion and experience, but besides that everything was perfect and I would recommend this place! read more

About two years ago I was in search of an esthetician I can call my go to person. I was new to the area and after using 4 other groupons I stumbled upon a groupon for a micro with Kelsey. I have been hooked since. My favorite treatment is the Lotus peel. For all that have had any chemical peels you know how much the treatment can burn or sting. But, the results are well worth the 15 seconds of discomfort. I've experience most procedures offered by USI and have developed a micro, peel, facial rotation routine. They work hard and they have very good customer service. I had my first mini-facial with them today and I will definitely be coming back. Erika is the BOMB!! I started seeing Erika for iLipo about two months prior to my summer vacation. I was weighing close to 170 and was desperately trying to get rid of the stubborn baby belly fat (my daughter was 13 months old when we began treatments). We scheduled 8 iLipo sessions and got started. After seeing subtle results after only 2 sessions I purchased the add-on for the infrared vacuum massage therapy which sped up the process by leaps and bounds. Just visited the Frisco location and had a great first experience! The atmosphere is very soothing and clean. I used a groupon for a facial/microdermabrasion with Meredith. Meredith was great! I was really concerned about my skin and felt a little self-conscious, but she really made me feel better after addressing my concerns. She tried a pumpkin peel on me as well! I saw Kelsey for a facial and it was amazing. The scenery was lovely. I enjoyed every minute of my peel. The next day my fast looked so bright and flawless.
