He clearly explained everything he was going to do and why. He sprayed every nook and cranny both inside and out of the house, and enthusiastically showed me a couple of wasps nests and giant spiders that he found (I had no idea they were there). We have had several commercial accounts with PermaTreat Pest Control for several years, but our…read moreexperience has taken a nosedive in the past two years. We are puzzled by the sudden decline in service and response times. We have made numerous calls requesting assistance with what we believe to be termites or carpenter ants, but we have received no response. However, when the annual invoices arrived, we were promptly notified to make payment. We promptly paid, but despite this, we have still not received any service or returned calls. During this time, PermaTreat Pest Control was remodeling at their Ashland office, and they had one employee working for several weeks. This should have been a red flag, but we chose to overlook it. We should have paid more attention to the warning signs. We will not renew our contracts with PermaTreat Pest Control next year. Our experiences have been unreliable, to say the least. We tried to give them a pass due to their short staffing and remodeling, but that was a poor decision on our part. We should have recognized the red flags and taken action sooner. I hope PermaTreat Pest Control improves their phone service. It has been frustrating to be transferred, put on hold, and then hung up on repeatedly. This has happened so many times that we thought they had gone out of business.
