There were two serious complications: (1) walls and cabinets were being moved/removed so several sections of floor needed to be patched with new wood, (2) about half the floor had been tiled over with glue directly on the pine. Chuck worked miracles. He is a very conscientious business person, a true craftsman, and a genuinely nice guy. He made every effort to work around the schedule for my renovations.
