Their back end was open and debris was flying out all over I90 and cars were breaking and swerving all over to avoid getting hit by flying debris. My wife was in the fast lane to get in front of them and before she could, two pieces of debris struck my front wind shield and completely shattered it. My wife filed a police report and we notified Sunshine disposal and recycling, and they basically said "too bad, so sad" and that this falls under the category of a "road hazard" (whatever) and they are not responsible in any way. They also had the audacity to say the road debris could have come from anywhere, even though my wife saw it fly out of the back of their garbage truck. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!!!!!

Did not pick up my garbage for two straight weeks. Called on Tuesday and spoke to a very nice…read moreperson who told me they would pick up by 6 pm the next day. That didn't happen. Called again and again spoke to a very nice individual who assured me the garbage would be picked up by 12 pm on Friday. That also did not happen. The second person I spoke to also indicated that no record of my lengthy first call existed. No notes in my file or special instructions to indicate I needed a pickup. The customer service is very friendly but apparently the drivers do whatever they want.
