Any time I left a message on her voicemail or sent her an email she charged us a minimum of $68.75, this was even if it was a statement i wanted to make sure she puts in the contract. SHE IS NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH, nor is she a nice woman. STAY FAR FROM HER!!!
