Today I called to cancel my account and was told this was a special request and they will call me back in 2 business days. I talked to someone named CY. I have no appointments scheduled, they just charged my account over 100 dollars today but an hour after seeing this charge they still tell me I owe another $20 dollars. The automated system that charges your bank account is wrong all the time. It's a shame because they do have very nice Therapists but they operate on a messed up automated system and the people working there act like wanting to cancel your account is unheard of. CY told me knowone ever calls to cancel their account. So people go to therapy forever? Thats messed up. Don't get in bed with this company.
