What was most concerning was the suggestion to transfer my loved one to a very low-rated subacute facility, which did not feel appropriate or in their best interest. In contrast, our experience with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab was completely different. The staff there was attentive, compassionate, and truly focused on helping patients improve and succeed. SunCloud provides an atmosphere that is safe and empathetic to all coming in. Never judgment, and you will always be asked what do you need in this moment if anything is bothering you. Staff is very professional and good with handling conflict whether it be between two patients or a patient having an issue with staff. They always handle difficult matters with grace and kindness. The staff values any feedback given by patients. Their actions always match their words.
