It was mere coincidence that Dr. Raab is also part of the CNSO medical team! This connection affirmed that CNSO was indeed the correct practice for me. For cases such as mine, the CNSO surgical team includes surgeons from both spinal disciplines: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon AND a Spinal Neurosurgeon. This combination was super-important to me and actually one of the main reasons that I went with CNSO. I met with Dr. Raab and I immediately liked him. He is very calm, warm, and articulate. He further clarified and explained the issues/situation around the progressive, painful deformity in my spine (Scheuermann's disease) that I had lived with for years. He appreciated my questions and my understanding, which he also further impressed upon me, of the seriousness and the recovery challenges associated spinal surgery. I opted for surgery in January, in which he and his team (along with Dr. Napolitano) replaced my damaged discs, added spacers and four screws to secure the new discs in place. Prior to surgery I suffered for 7+ years with constant pain and the inability to do common everyday things we all take for granted. Eight weeks after surgery, I was back to leading a "normal" life pain free and enjoying life. My skin was dry, lacked volume, moisture, etc. I made an appointment to get a hydrafacial with Kristen and immediately fell in love. The spa is gorgeous. It has a nice warm feel to it as you walk in. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Kristen is literally beautiful inside and out. She makes sure you are comfortable and ensures you have the most amazing spa experience. I have been a loyal client of this luxury med spa for almost two years. I always paid for my treatments in advance and trusted the staff enough to have charges placed on my CareCredit account and simply receive my receipt afterward. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly. I was first contacted about a $5 charge for a treatment box that no one had informed me needed to be returned. Had I been told there was a return policy, I would have gladly brought it back. Instead, I felt like I was being blamed for something that was never explained. I also experienced confusion regarding my prepaid weight-loss injections. Before picking up my injection, I confirmed with Amy that I was receiving my last prepaid dose and that I would need to pay only if I decided to continue the following week. However, when I arrived, the front desk insisted that I needed to pay again. Even after I explained that I had already prepaid and that this had been confirmed, I continued to be questioned. As a loyal customer, I found this frustrating and unnecessary. The final disappointment came when the owner called me and said the front desk staff felt uncomfortable with what I had said. I explained that I was the one who felt uncomfortable because I had repeatedly been put in situations where I had to defend myself over issues involving communication and payments. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, I was told that my remaining laser session would simply be refunded. The issue has never been about $5 or paying for services. I have always paid for my treatments. The issue is the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and the way I was treated as a long-term customer. I expected a luxury med spa to provide professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not reflected those standards.

Appointments are flexible and available due to their office hours. There is no other PT place like RMC. I've been treated for shoulders, neck and back as well as knee injuries and this place is simply AMAZING! Getting treated by the PT staff, especially Faith who really cares about rehabilitating her patients was a wonderful experience. I am very happy with Dr. Kramberg, RMC and the entire staff. I honestly hate leaving negative reviews about a business but sometimes it's important because it…read moreallows the business to correct what may be going wrong internally. I decided to use Dr. Kramberg because I was sold on the Regenexx brand. I had been watching Dr. Centeno (from Colorado) on Facebook and thought doing PRP injections into my low back would be the way to go. Read some interesting stuff about it online and apparently it has helped people. I believe it does a better job in the knees, shoulders, and simple joints. The spine has an array of things that can go wrong. The muscles, ligaments, bones, discs, nerves, etc, or all issues that can develop from the spine. I figured getting PRP shots in this area could help. I prepared for the injections by eating a clean (low carb/low sugar) diet one week before. I also was careful not to take any blood thinning drugs or anti-inflammatories. As the day of my injections came closer I was a little nervous but also excited to see if they could help my chronic low back issues. I arrived at 1pm and was called in within 30 minutes for the blood draw. Approximately 35ml was drawn (around 9 viles). I was told it would be around an hour before the injections would happen. Well.....it was about 4hrs before I was called in. When your already very nervous and anxious and then you have to sit around for what feels like forever it is exhausting. When I finally got called in for the injections I was brought downstairs into an area just outside a physical therapy center. I was given a gown to wear and was absolutely freezing. I was so cold I was literally shivering. I waited another 20 minutes before Dr. Kramberg came down with his assistant nurse and started to prepare the injections. He read off my MRI and asked me to lay on my stomach. Not once was I asked where most of my pain was coming from. I figured this was important because maybe they can focus on that area the most. Instead it was as if they were following the Regenexx protocol and were doing the shots in areas they felt necessary. The injections were painful and lasted about 30 minutes. I was happy when it was over but felt a little rushed when it was finished. It took me an hour to get to Wayne, NJ and I spent about 5 hours waiting around. The whole experience was around 8 hours from when I left my house to when I got home. It wasnt cheap either ($2,000). I was also told the price went up to $2,500 but because I came in before the price increase they'd honor the $2000. Well, it's been about 6 weeks since my injections and I've noticed no difference. What really upsets me is I haven't even received a phone call or follow-up to see how I'm doing. You would think this would be protocol with most clinics. I decided to call around to get pricing for another round of injections. I do believe that PRP can be helpful and I did read a 2nd or 3rd round may be necessary. Luckily, I found a clinic near me that also does PRP injections. It's a reputable clinic with incredible reviews and also a respected Doctor. There price was half of Dr. Krambergs. They also told me that I would only wait around 30 minutes for them to spin the blood in the centrifuge and inject it into me. They were astonished I waited over 4hrs for my injections and swore that would never happen. If your thinking about getting PRP injections then definitely research doctors in the area that are experienced with this stuff. I was sold on the "Regenexx" brand but had a subpar experience with this particular clinic. Regenerative medicine clinics are a cash cow. Insurance companies don't cover the stuff so it's all out of pocket. Be VERY careful when choosing someone for this stuff. When your in pain you get desperate. You start thinking irrational and impulsive. I made the mistake of choosing this clinic. I won't make the same mistake the 2nd go around.
