Bought 2 pairs of shoes and Medicom figures on 9/4, took them 2 weeks to ship the package, and later found out they sent a completely wrong pair and a completely broken pair. After that it takes them 2 MONTHS to send me the return label and process my refund. Then they REFUSED to refund the shipping cost $15, even though I only asked for partial refund. They never said sorry for messing up my order, and I have to send at least 3 emails and wait for at least one week before they response with one single sentence. Bunch of scammers. read more

When I asked again, thinking they didn't hear me, they gave me a dirty look and walked away. I have never been treated like this in any retail experience. It was shocking. When someone finally decided to help us they just went to the back without really mentioning what was going on. I love this store from the design to the decor to the shoe and clothing selection! I mean what's not to love about being able to shop and then shoot hoops on their basketball court afterwards. When you first walk up the store is inviting and well lit. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products. They have some of the flyest shoes I've seen. Worst store I have ever bought from! The staff is rude and their customer service is terrible! I bought something online on a Friday and needed to pick it up locally on Sunday for a gift on Monday. I had a problem with the order and needed to modify it but I could not reach anyone because they do not have a phone number to contact the store. They state to email customer service with any questions or concerns and that they respond in 48 hours but it has been 3 days and no one has responded to me. When I realized I couldnt reach anyone in the store I went to the store Friday AND Saturday to speak to someone in person and to get my order processed correctly but the store was closed BOTH days with no notice on their Instagram as to the fact that they would be closed and no sign on their door as to when they would reopen. Therefore, I went again on Sunday to see if the store was open and they were finally open but the manager was not willing to help me. He said he could not fullfill my order because the shipping department has to fullfill it and that they only work Mon-Thurs. He said he could not cancel the order and fullfill it for me in the store either because all orders are nonrefundable. (No exceptions) Not even for their lack of communication or work ethic. If I bought the shoes that day in the store because I needed them for a gift, I would not get a refund for the original shoes I bought that had still not processed after 3 days so I would only get a store credit for the original shoes once they finally processed. This is a ridiculous policy and unacceptable customer service! read more
