Pathetic swim place. They don't maintain any logs for the swim classes, the coaches keep changing…read moreso kids don't have a same teacher for long and have to start again as all the teachers have own style. This will be my 3rd teacher for my girl and now new issue that I have paid for 6 lessons and now they are saying I owe one lesson to them. From last 3 months I am exchanging emails, they don't have any contact number to talk to and I am requesting for a phone number which is getting ignored again and again. They don't care of hard-earned money of people and their time. Its frustrating to even email to them as they are saying same thing again and again without understanding what other person is saying. If you would like to waste your time and money, please go ahead and join Swim Cleveland in Beachwood. On top of it, no refund policy.
