I take my RAM in as I bought an Android car play radio. It's all hooked up I'm just confused on the radio hooking up to my factory backup camera. They tell me that as it's an Amazon radio after looking at it they can't hook up. Come back in 2 weeks and they'll have someone who specializes in this. I won't be back. After taking it to Best Buy in Fort Worth the guy tells me it's not going to work with the factory at no charge. I go home, wire in the camera that came with it, plugged into the cable he told me to plug in and it now works!! Why is that so hard for a custom shop that installs radios?? read more

This is a review I did not want to write. I have been trying to get in touch with the owner (Eric) literally for months only to be ignored. I have left countless messages (including today) only to be told "He's on the other line", "He is with a customer", "He had a family emergency", "He's not here", "I will have him call you back"......so on and so on..... I had my truck front end, rockers and bumpers done in bedliner from them, still no response. Originally color did not match "employee (Ricky) that did it even said it looked "like shit", but sprayed the color anyways. I was assured by Eric and the employee (Ricky) that it would match and it was literally "the same paint code". I spoke to Eric about it, he assured me he would "personally redo it", only to just paint over the existing bed liner material (overspray in all the jambs and under the hood). Now I can't drive in the rain, wash my truck or anything without having to use touch up paint constantly on the bumper, grill and rocker panels. I reached out of their Facebook page only to be blocked.....Still no response. I sent messages for reimbursement and/or partial reimbursement so I can get it fixed elsewhere, still no response. They did not come off as the type to do this to their customers, but I guess i was wrong. I wanted to give the "local guy" the business. My mistake. Beware using this company. Tinting has hundreds of bubbles in it - after 4 weeks. The radio they installed doesn't work properly, they broke the clips that hold the a/c vents in place inside the dash and now they fall back into the dash. And, if that wasn't enough the sub-par wiring they did on the radio caused the dome lights and power windows to not work. Have had to hire experts to trace back the shorts, rewire the radio and fix all the wires they broke inside the dash - which I have been told could have caused a fire and burned my entire truck. And, I will be stripping off the tint they put on and am having it done properly. read more

DO NOT USE! I scheduled an appointment for these guys to come to my house to remove a car stereo from my old vehicle, then I was to drive to their location to have that stereo installed in my new vehicle. I was promised that the technician would arrive at 10:00 AM. I stayed home from work to accommodate their schedule. At 11:00 when I still had not seen anyone, I called the shop and was told "that guy didn't show up today". I was not called to reschedule. When I asked what time someone would show up and was this work going to happen to today, the person on the phone said. "well, we already have afternoon appointments scheduled so since we missed this morning we won't be able to get to it today." Do yourself a favor, and go ANYWHERE else. read more

The business practices here seem shady at best . After bringing my vehicle in to have the climate control looked at,I was informed 10 minutes later that the climate control screen was "shot" and I would have to purchase a new one to be installed. I was then told that that piece was no longer made (although it was listed on multiple sites after a quick google search) and that the only option was to upgrade to a newer, more expensive one. After asking the price, the associate went behind the glass door to call and ask about the price, before consulting with a manager(behind closed doors) and telling me it would be $370 for the part. Another quick google search showed that the exact part was exactly $100 cheaper than I was quoted. Even a phone call directly to the manufacturer confirmed that they were gouging me on the price. My car was in the shop no more than 15 minutes and i was charged 40$ ($160/hr for diagnostics?). After refusing to pay this much to have it fixed, and being offered no other alternatives( other parts/brands/prices) they said they would put it back together. When I got in the car it was mostly put back together but haphazardly with one corner not even pushed in all the way. Fast forward to going to a reputable shop, where I was informed that the unit was not "shot" and was told they simply needed to follow the trouble shooting steps to correct the issue. This shop didn't even charge me after hearing about the treatment at unlimited tinting and auto accessories. I will not be returning nor recommending this shop to others. read more
