After taking it to Best Buy in Fort Worth the guy tells me it's not going to work with the factory at no charge. I go home, wire in the camera that came with it, plugged into the cable he told me to plug in and it now works!! Why is that so hard for a custom shop that installs radios??

Three times Michael (the owner) came up with some excuse why he couldn't come out and to the tint job that he was paid up front to do. He then offered to give me a refund, and gave me a ridiculous story on how it would take 7-14 business days to get my refund. It has been almost an entire month. That is one heck of a way to treat not only a disabled veteran, but also a first responder.
