My research told me this company was the best. I met with Estimator Eric Espino and he was very Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and returned my calls when I had more and he brings with him a vast knowledge of the business. After accepting the bid and setting a date, the workers arrived in a timely fashion and completed the work to my satisfaction. Any issues or concerns that day, I called and spoke to Eric Espino and he handled it. I had a front yard picket fence replaced from wood to vinyl and upgraded posts and toppers. Had Riverside Fence re-do my back fence today. It's looking and feeling nice and strong. Was very easy working with them. Emailed them a request for a quote on a Saturday, and Eric was out here on Monday to give a quote. Received the quote Tuesday evening. Approved it Wednesday, and they scheduled the install for Thursday. Was done by end of day on Thursday - about 56' wood fence. The footings for the posts were done much better than the previous install (from a different company), which failed pretty miserably. Eric also recommended a middle rail to add additional support - that was good as well. Once the old slats came unattached at the top because of the swaying posts that didn't have good support, there was then only the bottom rail, which then detached quickly. A third middle rail should help give it more structural support. Install went pretty much flawlessly - arrived at the expected time, the three of them all seemed to work well together in a coordinated way for what they were each doing, and it was nice it was all done in a day. Previous company did the posts one day, then came back the next for the wood - leaving it all open out to a busy street overnight. Much better experience with Riverside Fence. read more

Got us in touch with Cindy who ran the office, gave us pricing breakdowns and assured us that they were licensed fully bonded and insured.. They did not require any money upfront and were the only company that had. Insurance and a permanent crew.. The rest of the people I got estimates from where independent contractors some of them had sketchy information so overall I felt like Riverside Fence Co. was trustworthy and reliable and that is why I chose them to do the job and I am very happy with the work. We had a good experience with Riverside Fence Co. starting with their estimator, Eric Espino. He had a very creative solution to repairing our wood fences without rebuilding them completely. Their crew installed new metal posts that screwed into our failed wood posts. They added center rails to reinforce the vertical boards. They added a second rail as needed to across the bottom of the fence. We shared the expense with our neighbors. They were very happy not to pay the high cost of replacing over 300 feet of fencing. read more

I have two wooden gates on my driveway, one for car access, one for pedestrian. They are both very old and threatening to fall over. I noticed my neighbor was having a new fence & gates installed by Riverside Fence Co, and their workmanship was stellar, so I asked for a quote. Eric showed up the next day.
