I didn't know much about vinyl fencing when I started the project, but I did my research and looked up several reputable companies. This company was the most responsive and timely and all the credit goes to Suzette. She's just amazing---super nice, patient, answered all my questions completely & thoroughly. The other companies came back with higher quotes on similar material even though they say theirs is different. Another company came close, but I went with Lifetime Vinyl because of how personable communications had been. I was confident that Suzette and her husband (Don) would get the job done right. Don came out to see me twice. Once for the initial quote and later to answer specific questions I had about the fence. I had to get hoa approval prior to installation and I was very impressed with how thorough Suzette was in submitting everything. Not only did she submit the quote and licensure, but she went above and beyond by including recommendations from another hoa. Suffice it to say, the hoa approved. Once we agreed to move forward, a date was set and we put down 50% of the cost which included removal of the old fence. On installation day, 2 guys arrived 20 mins ahead of schedule (I was outside doing some last minute covering of rose bushes so they wouldn't scratch the crew). They were nice and professional. Don arrived not long after to mention specific details about one area of the fence. Another guy came later to help with the removal & installation of the gate. The crew worked diligently all day long despite the heat. The final result brought greater curb appeal to not only our home, but also that of the neighborhood as well since much of our fence can be seen when people drive into the neighborhood. On top of that, when I had trouble registering for the warranty from the manufacturer, Suzette kindly did it for me with a copy and email showing that we're registered.
