We had requested a side gate replacement and everything went well. The service is similar to like Uber or Lyft but for contractor services like this. Ergeon acts as the middleman and gets the appointment set up and they have the contractor in your area come out to do the work. The communication is good since they use chat and video calls. Value is fair although on the higher side but much faster turnaround than trying to go direct and getting a contractor to come out to do the job for you. Overall I would recommend them. read more

Working with Ergeon was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were able to conduct a video chat and view my situation remotely. Getting a quote was a breeze and it took minimal effort on my end. They sent over white flags for me to mark the area where the fence would go and they coordinated to have the area checked for any gas lines. Ergeon installed our fence in 2021. The first issue is that they installed the fence so that it blocked the lock on my gate! I didnt notice this until they left, and I closed my gate for the night. So I called them back the next day and the way they 'fixed' this was by cutting a huge square in the board to allow my hand to have access to the lock! Its actually embarrassing. Im ashamed that others can see that this is my new fence that I actually paid for. They also did not stain the fence or pre-treat the fence at all. I would have paid extra for the service but it wasn't even offered. Its basically redwood boards with no protection at all. Unfortunately, it has had several more issues. A few months later, the boards became warped and unattached in several areas. I contacted Ergeon and they said they would come and repair the warped boards. The fence was installed with nails, but the 'repair' on the new boards were with screws. It doesnt match the rest of the fence. Suprisingly, the screws actually helped to secure the boards better. I really wish they would have used screws on all boards from the very beginning. Its all looking like patchwork at this point. Now, more importantly, the fence is severely leaning onto our neighbors side. Of course, we would like to get this fixed before our neighbors property gets damaged. So again, Ergeon was contacted and they said they would not fix the lean/sag although there are some warranties that are included. The issues I am having with this fence is due all of it being installed improperly. Its not wear and tear, not acts of god, not the customers fault. This is the fault of Ergeon and whoever they used for the install. The posts were not installed securely and the whole fence can be shaken and wobbled easily. This is dangerous and a hazard. This is a huge regret of mine that I chose Ergeon as my fence installer. My neighbor has complained to me about the quality as well and I wish I would have kept my old fence. That one was at least strong and sturdy. Now, I have to pay again to get this embarrassing fence fixed to avoid problems with my neighbor. read more

This was AMAZING! I wish I could vote 4.5 instead of 4 ONLY because some of the communication. The virtual zoom measurement went great. I actually had a very difficult neighbor so to have the company provide a quote and then communicate all updates to my neighbor was AWESOME! They follow the steps provided and provide a chart to show clarity. The company that came to build the fence did SO GOOD! It only took 4 hours to do a 55 foot fence. Everything went very smooth! I was skeptical at first but it was great! AND it was super affordable which I cannot say for other companies. My only issue was communication. After the quote was given the next step was a little slow so I wish there was greater follow up. I also couldn't communicate with my initial quote person after. I called and left messages with no follow up. It was handed off to the next people which is fine, but makes it hard to feel comfortable your job is getting done. Also a lot of communication is through text so you worry if it's legit but it is. That's my only feedback is their communication and follow through. The day of communication was awesome! No issues and very responsive to text or call. Baruc and Jessenia were my main points of contact. Baruc did intake and Jessenia handled the actual day of and scheduling installation. From the day we accepted the quote until installation I believe it was 3-4 weeks. Other than that, I would recommend this company to EVERYONE!!!! Highly recommend. Very very kind!!! While I originally was happy with the result. Only about 6 months later my gate to the fence is broken. It is not covered by the warranty. I've included resent pictures. Please note that the tops fly off very easily and that they do not put any cement or sand inside to make them more sturdy. I cannot recommend when only a few months later they break.
