Thank you for the great care and thoughtfulness towards my neighbor's dogs, and the immaculate cleanliness afterwards! They were very nice and parked in visitor parking after dropping off their tools due to our neighborhood HOA banning parking on the apron or back alley. We get fined $100 per occurrence if the person who takes the photos catches you. I appreciate all the work put into cutting down my palm that was hanging over my roof, and trimming the berries off the other palms. Jeff is quick to respond, just shoot him a text and some photos. It's been an amazing few years having Jeff and his crew service our yard. Jeff was always accommodating and always went above and beyond to make sure we were kept happy with his work. For example He changed around his schedule to accommodate my request to have my yard clean the day before my son graduation party. Just so our yard would look pristine. It was perfect!! Also we had removed an old portable basketball hoop which left a hideous bald spot in our yard and Jeff had filled it with dirt so grass could grow out nicely. He did it without charging extra. So happy I found Oahu Complete Yard Service! Our Japanese rock garden was in need of some TLC. Booking an appointment was very easy. Jeffery took my call right away & offered to look at the property to give an estimate. He was over in 1 hour from my call & took the time to go over in detail what I envisioned the end result to look like (river rock rearranging, removal of old plants & pots, weed removal, leaf blowing, etc). He gave me a fair priced estimate prior to leaving & was available a few days out to complete the job. Talk about efficiency! The day of service, Jeffery gave a courtesy call when he & the crew were on their way. He & 3 additional landscapers arrived early & went straight to work. I was blown away at how fast they beautified the garden! They were done in less than 1 hour! I am very pleased with the end result & the attention to detail that was given (they even arranged the river rocks into the shape of a nice little stream). I had some issues with my existing dated sprinkler system with leaking pipes in several areas. OCYS came out quickly and efficiently dug up my yard in the areas of the leaks and fixed everything.
