The riverside range and pro armament are not affiliated with each other. While they share the same…read morefacility, they are two separate businesses. To get to the range simply walk into pro armament and the range entrance is in the back left corner. An employee of the range/range officer is not always present to be sure to call ahead of time to set up a membership. If you are a member, you get access to the range even when no range officer is present. The range is 25 meters, pistol and rifles (up to a certain caliber) are allowed but shotguns are not, members and their guests are only allowed to take up one lane, there are 7 lanes so if you go during busy hours you may have a wait. Why 4/5 stars? It's a smaller facility with only 7 lanes. It's an excellent 5/5 if you are looking for a place to be minutes from your home where you just need to get your fix in for an hour and take off. It's not a good range if you want to practice drawing from the hip, rapid fire, movements and more. It receives 4 stars because the range makes the most out of the space they have. The lanes and facility are very well put together.

"He" or "she" not sure it's pronouns but "the manager" was helping me the day prior with a trade in. I told they/them I was on the range USA website and was given an offer of 390.00. It told me best it could do was 350.00 with seeing the rifle. I returned the following day and met with a "senior sales associate" that has never heard of the very obscure and rare weatherby rifle. He gave me a quote for the rifle at 300.00 so I chuckled and asked can you talk to someone because I just talked to a guy that told me to bring it in and he could get me more but he had to see it. The senior sales associate walked away for 2 seconds and came back and told me that was the best he could do. He said the website usually can give more than they can and said if I'd like to I could speak with "the manager" so I walked over he looks up from his phone and laughs in my face "I told you what I could give you yesterday day bud" looks back down and finished his statement to his staff and walks away. I'm not sure how range USA does business but it seems like they have an ego problem there or maybe just a case of poor management. I will say there was an older man that had a medical emergency a few minutes after I arrived and the whole staff went into a complete meltdown panic. I hope you take my experience and stay far away.

He kept the class interesting, it was an all day course and For someone who has a short attention span the material and his lecture kept my attention. The day actually kind of flew by. The range time was also very informative. I liked that I had my own coach that walked me though everything and helped with any specific issues that I had. My coach was Jason, he helped explain what I was doing wrong and how to correct. He was really personable and patient. There were a total of 5 coaches including Nick our instructor from class. Sitting and watching the other coaches with other members of the class you could see that each coach was very patient and very knowledgeable and passionate about this field. Husband and I went out for dinner after class and actually starting looking at the other classes that they offer. I would highly recommend this business for the CHL class and even though I personally have not taken the other classes that they offer. I fully intend on doing so and would recommend them.
