There was plenty of space to accommodate the 200+ people for everybody to shoot comfortably without long wait times. The distance range was a very nice setup and had a connex tower to shoot from. So I was sold defective magazines that I did not know were defective until I tried to use them. I tried to contact wilson combat about problems with previous magazines that did not work. They told me to take them back to where I purchased them. If the store will not take them back and wilson will not take them back I am out over 90 dollars. They lost a customer and will not be back.

I have taken my children and grandchildren to "Range USA Mentor" to introduce them to firearms and the rules and practices of firearm safety. Proper handling and respect for firearms is the only way to assure their safety. "Range USA Mentor" has 20 climate controlled shooting lanes with a range marshall on duty at all times. It is clean, well maintained, and well lit. The retail side of the store has something for everyone. They have a wide variety of guns and ammunition to choose from to serve any purpose as well as all the cleaning and maintenance equipment you need. The people are knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. The only reasons I did not give them a 5 star rating is because they are a bit pricey and they no longer have 1/2 hour time slots on the range. You have to buy 1 hour whether you need it or not. Even so... I highly recommend them. Whether you just want to hone your skills or you want to introduce a novice to the sport, it is the place to go.

This class was not intimidating like others I have taken, but all classes are worth taking. Shooting areas are all over the 66 areas and more are being built. This public range, where you can walk in or call about classes, has a pistol range and competition bays. Shotgun sports offered are skeet, trap, clays and five stand. Classes include CCW, self defense, holstering, basic rifle, family safety, church security training, defensive mindset and emergency, and force on force. You can purchase a membership for shotgun OR pistol and rifle, and get discounts. The range is located off Rt. 528 south of Thompson. There is a big sign. Check out their YouTube videos and Facebook page for updates. Hungry before or afterward? Stockers on the Thompson Circle has very good food.
