I about blew a gasket and the woman could see the great dismay in my face and reluctantly processed my three registrations where she improperly registered all three vehicles into the wrong district and so I had to go to DMV and handle it myself. Poor customer service and I'm thinking about canceling my AAA membership since I've never used one tow in the past 15 years and it was the DMV perks that made it worth the membership. Shame on you AAA.

FYI, I've never met her since we only communicated over the phone). I have worked with Mrs. Yoon at Accu Travel since 2013. I first heard about her from my former co-worker who swore she was the BEST travel agent that anyone could dream of. Since then, I have switched jobs and moved to Texas from Maryland, and I still contact her in the year 2019 to book all my international trips. Until I discovered Mrs. Yoon, I thought using online search engines to find cheap airfare was good enough. However, trust me on this and give her a call when you are booking your international trips. Mrs. Yoon is extremely responsive and she actually can find you much cheaper and better tickets. In 2014, I had a family emergency and had to fly to South Korea asap. I began online searching and called airlines frantically to get a ticket, and the cheapest one I found was over $2300. I messaged Mrs. Yoon, and she immediately found another ticket at a significantly cheaper price. Recently, I was purchasing multiple tickets, and Mrs. Yoon helped me with complex upgrades and multiple trip updates. She IS the best travel agent I've worked with and I cannot recommend her enough.

I put trust in him to only find out later that I was being ridiculously over charged. I would never leave a review for a Muslim brothers company but I am genuinely hurt by his actions. If you need an umrah visa you can apply directly only for $125 from the saudi website. He charged me $1000 for the visa and I believe him from his words and paid. Never again, today he lost a customer.
