I had an appointment with a girl named Lauren whom I had spoke with over the phone about having experience with highlights and bleach. Lauren and I spoke about the picture/color I wanted and she was like your hair is perfect for this...I already knew from previous experience it shouldn't be a problem. Lauren then proceeded to lay foils in my hair and not estimating the color/hair ratio. My hair came out very dark and uneven on sides and a yellow/golden/orange on top. I looked like a skunk. It looked like a home job as if I went to color it myself and missed big chunks and put to much on the top and it is just awful. I mentioned this to her. So she tried to even out the colors and put foils/bleach on my hair again. She blow dried it, straightened it and I paid 160.00, Was not ugly, left and cried all day. I put my trust in this girl. She bleached my hair twice with in 2 hours. I still left looking like a skunk. Uneven color. My hair looks like trailer park trash. This weekend I was absolutely embarrassed couldn't wear it up to uneven. It's to gold to wear it down. Had to wear a hat. Today is Monday I'm laying here in bed at 2:30am. I have a job interview in the morning and any other time I would be confident in going. But I'm embarrassed. I want to start crying again. I am a nurse with another full time job. so I wear my hair up and I'm ashamed to go anywhere. Worst hair color experience I have ever had. Will not go back. Unfortunately I don't have another 160.00 to have it fixed so Glamaorama will be getting all the credit on this. Pictures posted.
