I don't go here to be stuck with a poorly trained person, and I am really angry not at her, but at the desk staff who tried to pretend I "looked good". With hair sticking up at odd angels and uneven bangs in my face. I felt very set up. I was able to get in the following day and my regular hair dresser did a wonderful job that was well worth the money. I did discuss my experience with senior staff and they were very receptive. Overall I have only ever received one bad cut in the years I have gone there, and they have fantastic colorist.
