While the interaction was not unpleasant, the front desk team member showed no sign of "oh wow, I'm so sorry" , "that's not typical for us", or even any urgency to figure out a remedy. She simply took my number and said the manager will call me and that's where the conversation stopped. I can completely understand the occasional cut due to different skin types and a sharp razor, but seeing my partner return with 4+ significant cuts on his face is unacceptable and barely a response when this was brought up to their team. One of the worst experiences ever...ever. New to RVa, I've…read morebeen looking for a barber shop. This place is close to where I live, the advertise they open @ 8am so I was there at 750a this Sat. There was one other gentleman waiting in his car in front of the shop. At 8am, he got out of his car and stood in front of the shop...I did the same. At 820a a bearded gentleman in a good mood showed up and opened the door. Of course he was the first one in the chair. As I sat there waiting another gentleman in a NY Giants T shirt walked in and sat down. At about 830a...a second barber showed up and proceeded to motion for the guy in the Giants T to sit down. I stood up & said 'I'm next' the barber just looked at me...I said 'oh, OK, I see how it is here'...and walked out. Don't go here unless you are a regular and are in the barber's club.
