He used a lot of different techniques and blending to fix the way My cowlick and fine hair had been poorly blended and cut previously. The haircut was $20 and I left a $10 tip which I feel is in line for a very good professional haircut. I would highly recommend this place and I will be going back. The most recent haircut she walked me up to counter so attendant can charge for my haircut, and she can get to her next appointment. I was charged $36! I asked why and was told "she" now charges $36. Bri and never stated that and never had been charged more than what has been displayed over the years going there. I paid the ridiculous price, plus tip, and left. No worries, by two boys will stop going there as well. It's all about the principle and not disclosing upfront. Already found another location that charges 1/3 less and does a better job.

I stopped her to tell her but she said "see I started by your ears so it's low". I like to keep my hair longish (4-5 inches) on top but we had to trip part of it down so that it did look like my hair was falling over a shelf. She cut me multiple times and scraped up the side of my head with the trimmers from pushing so hard. She hard enough that my neck is fatigued from holding my head steady and my neck ended up craning to the side. I had to adjust the angle of my head multiple times because of it. It was almost the same pressure as the barbers used when shaving my head for basic training. Multiple employees swarmed me at checkout asking questions about it and wanting to take pictures on their phones. My big issue is that I expressed my desire, which they confirmed, objected to the way they were doing it, and despite their reassurances that they "know" what they are doing, it still ended up bad. If you care how you look and want a barber who listens to you, do not go here. Edit. Showered and air dried my hair while chilling at home, it is so much worse now!

This was my first time here, and as a guy getting barber service, you want a barber that will take his time, make sure you walk out feeling like a king. My barber Thomas was just the right guy to take the time of the styling assessment to shave style to finishing product. Walking in the shop just smelled good, their main row of chairs was clean and the decor was modern rustic. You get greeted, they check you in, and they have a lounge as well to wait out your service. I worked with Thomas, and he had a very warm welcome and made sure to take the process of the style, cut, shape, and finishing product that was exactly what you were expecting. This experience did not disappoint. I truly appreciated his chat along throughout the experience, so it was fun and chill. I selected a skin fade with a hard part. The beard was close-knit mustache separated from the beard, which was don't chinstrap style. During the beard trim, I enjoyed the warm towel as well. It was such a chill vibe the whole time. When I walked in, Karl greeted me with a hesitant "uh, we don't really cut women's hair", but then he said OK. The cut was great for a first time; usually it takes 3 or 4 visits to arrive at the right cut. I didn't feel intimidated by over masculinity, I could relax and be pampered. Unfortunately, I didn't get the gentleman's name who shaped me up, but he was very pleasant, welcoming and greeted me warmly upon entering ( customer service is key!).
