Now I'm in a small Indiana town and Dick's is about the only sporting goods store. Went in there today to look at at coolers - there were two whole display shelves of Igloo coolers without prices. I looked around at a few other items and the same - no prices. Apparently it's a "Dick's Thing" to put merchandise out without prices. And I'm not talking just a few things - entire displays, etc. Has anyone ever stopped to think about "customer experience?"
