I've been going to up in vapor since they first opened they were located in a different location I have to go to them because they have my favorite flavor which is called Beach Bunny. And that to me is what makes them so special because they can create custom juice with custom nicotine levels or no nicotine not too many other places are doing that most of them just sell prepackaged off the shelf stuff but up in vapor makes their own. read more

Had some decent juice they're but they're prices was a little pricey and they're service was the worst I've ever seen in any vape shop. Two people was working and it took us a hour to get two 10ml's and a glass for a protank. They was also arguing back and forth in front of customers. They definitely won't be getting any of my business. I would much rather go to vapolocity right down the street from them. read more

I used to go here alot then I moved away for awhile. I decided to go to my favorite vape shop. Well folks let me tell you my experience wasn't a pleasant one. First things first they charge you to even try the flavors, never heard of this nonsense before but ok. Then I go grab a flavor I ask for it a little different just a flavor additive. Blueberry redbull now folks why does my blueberry redbull taste like ass and bubblegum? Then the flavor is supposed to be 60/40 but I can promise you it's so thin it's probably 85 pg 15 vg it's so thin it's seeping through my damn coil like water! If yelp let me go lower than a 1 it'd be a godsend for this place. Don't know if it's change of management or nobody cares anymore... Do not go read more

Went in looking for some juice, had no expectations since I'm new to town. Was greeted immediately. I told them I was looking for a "sweet strawberry flavor that doesn't have cream." They mixed it on the spot for me, tastes great no steeping was required. 60ML for $25 is a pretty good deal for a B&M. Was in and out within 5 minutes and they wished me a good day. Not a very good place to go. We bought a very expensive vape pen from them and not a week later, the pen stopped working. They would NOT exchange nor return our money when they told us we could, so long as we had the receipt, But, even with the receipt and the box, they said no. The front staff were unwilling or unable to help us. Such an awful place. They should just close their doors if they don't even care about their customers. We felt like they stole our hard earned money. read more

The location is perfect for anyone who works near main post. The shop is located in a mini mall with friendly parking lot. You must be 21+ to enter the shop and they do check everyones ID. I have been to several vapor shops around the El Paso area and this was by far the best. Not only were they more helpful than the others but there shop is more presentable. I learned things about vaping that I was never told at the other shops, and the employees were very helpful and knowledgable. I really appreciated that the employees weren't trying to push me on certain things or trying hard to push for a sale. He took the time to explain all of the different setups and what would best suit me. I ended up purchasing an advanced setup from ground up for cheaper than I purchased my plain jane vapes from other shops. If you're in the market for vapes swing in and see these guys, they won't let you down!! read more

This was the first real vape shop I visited. They have the best selection of juices, i love the fact that you can sample them before you buy. They make the juices right there when you order the so you know there fresh not just sitting around. I was a menthol smoker so I can add menthol to any flavor I want. The Polar Bear toenail is awesome especially when you add coconut. The staff is amazing they know everything and can help a beginner learn. I go to the shop a lot and every time I'm there even customers are awesome just chillin telling you what juices they like. I recommend Will Power, Frozen Hell and Polar Bear White with coconut.
