He called me back from shop to say it could be 2 weeks before it would be in as they don't carry inventory (in this day and age that is understandable). I asked if they could expedite shipment and I would pay the added cost. As is on my bill it was expedited and I was charged for it. Unfortunately they were not able to come back out for another 7 days. In the meantime I am using electric heaters for my apartment. Technician comes and now we need a new control board. Of course this needs to be ordered. 2 more weeks go by and I finally get my pellet stove back. However I am charged for all items. How do I know it was not just the control board to begin with, and why do I have to pay expedited freight while service was not expedited! I think Energysavers is like everyone else , low on help but are not willing to work with locals and cater to rich lake folks, lucky for them. Currently my stove is not working again and I will purchase a new one next year from another company. Energysavers could have worked with me and had a sale. Poor customer service.

There is no place written that states a restocking fee or was it verbally stated. I canceled my order within 3 days and there was nothing to restock. I filed a complaint with the BBB which they never answered. My boyfriend called the owner of Yankee Furniture and he said he would look into it and call us back, which he did not. This is unheard of. I work hard for my money and $70.00 for 'NOTHING is thievery.

She rang it up as $108. I showed her the tag, she said it was wrong and asked me if I still wanted it. I said yes. I drove home and found the real price tag inside the box which was $98. I drove back and her words to me were: "Fine I will give you back the $10 if you promise never to come into this store again." On video. Everyone else there is helpful and friendly.
