Hahaha Today I got delivered a queen over queen bunk bed for my log cabin on little Sebago. This line of furniture is no joke! Solid real wood made by the Amish. We already own bunks and beds at another location so I knew I would buy these again and only have to buy them once for the remainder of my days as the quality is solid. The reason for this review is to point out the delivery crew. I believe all other companies guys would have got back in the truck and went home when we realized this monster was not going up the staircase. Instead we brainstormed and we took apart wooden side rails on the staircase. We got the bed into place and I guarantee the beds going to be there forever. Maybe you pay a little higher prices but the quality and then the service of the two delivery guys far exceeds any furniture company I know of. Thanks Robert Thayer

It looks like one big building and two houses attached. We entered and decided to go right and off we went. We were just blown away by how many different styles of bedroom, living room, and kitchen furniture options there were under one roof! They have specialty areas like an area for just bedrooms which was very extensive from the main floor down into the basement all kinds of configurations to choose from, then there's the recliner section which has all shapes and sizes, we even found a recliner that fits my husband of 6'6! They offer free delivery throughout New England! Across the room was their art section that was tastefully displayed in small walls that turned like pages in a book! Awesome way to display everything they have to offer. They also decorated each room as well. Then there's the sign hallway where you can find all kinds of verbiage for your home whether it's house rules etc r humorous sayings they have it. There's a room filled with rugs of all shapes and sizes as well as custom cuts! The kitchen area had something for all sizes of kitchens where table leaves are hidden in the table! I took like a thousand pictures because we could not believe the amount of items and how it kept going on and on. We will be back because we found a chair for the man, a new kitchen set up for the family, and some sarcastic art work I want hanging in my house! There is no sales tax and the prices were below what we have seen in Portland. If you need furniture or maybe some ideas, it is well worth the adventure over to NH for a day trip. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We were very happy to help. I did spend 15 minutes looking through the store and they had a nice mix of stuff, but I didn't find anything I wanted...well other than my 3 books. What a pleasant surprise that the staff at the Bedford New Hampshire store let me treasure hunt and find this awesome chandelier!! The logistics manager Dean showed me that its paperwork shows that it used to be a display in the old, closed down Ethan Allen that is literally over the town line on the street I live on. I guess it wanted to come home. The designer Verlie was very nice to me and didn't make me feel like a scavenger for discount shopping. The Ethan Allen company could learn a lot from this location.

This is a multi-vendor shop which means there is a wide variety of items at varying price points. Books, tools, home decor, ephemera, art, jewelry, collectibles, etc. I don't think I have ever left empty handed. The staff are always exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to recommend other vintage/antique shops in the area. Definitely worth a stop and make sure to take some time to really look through the drawers and ephemera (my personal favorite)

The best pie I've ever had…read more Played a wedding with my band in Chocorua, NH this weekend, and instead of having cake, the couple had Grammy Gordon's pies for dessert. Had Strawberry Rhubarb & Mmm-apple post wedding...unreal. The next day, I had to bring my girlfriend so she could try some. The lady there was incredibly friendly, and we were able to scoop up the last pie of the day...Berry Berry Peach. No joke, it was the best pie I've ever had. If you get the chance, this is a must try!
