Love every time I call in to place an order that everyone answering the phone is so knowledgeable about the products, and strains you carry. This time I had Alexus and she turned me on to some great flower I normally would not have chose. Very knowledgeable about every product and answered all my questions. I love Norcanna and all the budtenders are super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Most days I can order and receive a delivery within 90 minutes. They are always giving out freebies and they usually have a special promo going for something. The prices are definitely fair for the quality and they will always give you an honest opinion (something that's hard to find in this industry, for sure). I love how discreet their drivers are when they arrive and how courteous all the budtenders have always been. The guys at Norcanna are very nice and knowledgeable. I had bought 3 disposable vape pens, but one was clogged, or something, and I called to let them know. I wasn't expecting anything, just wanted them to know. Brian, the owner, immediately apologized and had the delivery driver drop off another vape pen, but a much nicer one, free of charge. Besides being extremely personable and informative over the phone, they have an amazing array of products...where some dispensaries have one or two Indica edibles, total, Norcanna has dozens in dozens of brands and dozens of types. Their drivers are always nice, drive courteously through my cul de sac and considering Covid, are quicker than J expected. Finally, as to a product review, I am very impressed with Wally Drops. Their drivers are always too high to understand. The last 2 drivers did not have a mask on. One joked that the owner said covid was not real. Not very professional at all. When I called to complain about the masks I was given the runaround. I called twice within the past week. I was put on hold, "accidentally", hung up on. I have had much better product from other delivery services. One of the packages I received was wet.
