I wanted to have cushions made to sit over the current arms to raise up the arm height, and had an idea how they could be made and I would figure out myself how to affix them. The lady I spoke with explained in some detail how this concept would not work. I'm pretty resourceful and would have figured something out and if not, that's on me. She apparently didn't want to entertain any further conversation saying they just didn't have the time or personnel to do a job like this and I felt like my time on the phone was up.
