I was seen by Dr Shirzadi on 1/10/24 and he referred me for an outpatient procedure to solve an extreme pain issue. I have tried to schedule the procedure but they do not have the referral requisition for the procedure. It's been two days now (1/12/24) and I have tried to resolve it with Dr Shirzadi's office and all they say is he hasn't signed the order yet. Even the staff at the outpatient procedure office tried to help by calling Dr shirzadi and they were told the same thing. Now I am going into the weekend with my symptoms worsening and I am going to have to wait. And no other treatment options were provided. 1/12/24 Update: just tried to call again to resolve the issue at 430 pm. Went straight to recording that said "the office is now closed. Normal business hours M-F till 5 pm" guess they decided to close early today. 1/17/24 update: it's been a week now and my order is still not faxed over so that I can get my procedure. I have called the office 4 times and still can't get this issue resolved. Office staff are unmotivated to assist and very short with me when I call to try to address the issue.

I ended up having to go back THREE times because he couldn't get it right. In addition to having to spend 2-5 weeks recouperating, I had to wear a very tortuous "head band" for 24/7 for 2 weeks, and had to pay additional fees for each procedure! Also, on my third release, I wasn't given any post op instructions, nor a post-op follow up appointment!! Seriously, there are enough qualified plastic surgeons in this city to not have to go through this. A more proactive approach would make the transition between treatments much more seamless. * In the shower area, I noticed the curtain is a bit small, causing water to splash out, and the floor looks slightly stained. I recommend bringing flip-flops for comfort. * Only one towel is provided, so it might be helpful to offer an extra or remind guests to ask for a second for their hair. * The sauna doesn't seem to have a built-in timer, and the secondary timer outside could be explained more clearly before the session begins. * The saunas may have Bluetooth capabilities for music, but I wasn't informed of this. If available, sharing this option with guests could really elevate the experience. * At the Nashville location, the showers had separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and ample supplies like Q-tips. I was disappointed with his lack of caring when I developed a serious infection from the procedure and ended up in the ER. He hung up on me and my daughter when we called for help before going in to the ER. The ER doctor called Burgdorf ( his friend from church) and I was sent home, after two urgent care nurses had sent us to the ER due to the severity of the infection. We returned to Burgdorfs office the next week where the nurses cut off the infected parts and treated the foul odor. Upon seeing the scarring after the procedure, Burgdorf said there was nothing he would do for it. He did not offer solutions.. I was embarrassed that I had paid him so much money only to look worse after the procedure. He also removed fat from my hips, which are now uneven, a minor thing in comparison. Ive stayed quiet about his treatment as I'm embarrassed about having the plastic surgery. A friend told me it's my fault if he does the same to someone else, so with no other recourse, here's my review.
