When we sold our home, they gave the new home owner access to our account and all of our financial information. We saw a credit card charge show up and when we inquired about it, we were told that it was procedure to change the name on the account and leave all financial and private customer information on the account. For over a month now, I've fought with them for a refund and the credit card company is even having trouble. It's been a nightmare to deal with and maybe a bad review will wake them up. If you are a customer who may be moving and selling your home with your hot tub, beware! You may want to cancel your credit card accounts before they give your info away.

This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence!
